The Constitution No More!

It has come to the attention of one of our senators that tucked away in the latest version of the health care bill is an amendment that makes it so no future congresses can make any changes to the bill. It doesn't matter how many votes they have.

Consider for a moment that this gives this bill more power and scope than the constitution itself. The constitution can be changed by a vote of 66%. This is already a very high hurdle to jump to make a change but it is still possible. The amendment in this bill if accepted makes it impossible to ever change even by future congresses.

As unconstitutional as this is our non-representing representatives don't seem to have any problem with it. They continually say and expect us to believe that the republicans are just standing in the way of the bill and have nothing positive to offer. At the same time they have completely shut the republicans out of any part of the process save voting on what they are presented with. They have had no part in writing the bill or even amending it. The democrats are doing as they please with the bill.

They have been offering bribes to one another with OUR money to buy the votes they need. There is little or no question as to the legality of doing this. It differs not at all from a bribe of an official. They have written a bill that has now grown to over 2400 pages and is still growing. It is more than any one person could really read and comprehend. They are throwing around 100's of billions of our tax dollars for things that have nothing to do with the bill. They would have us believe it is a crisis that must be dealt with right now. They want to start taking our money for it immediately but giving us no benefit from those tax dollars for 4 years. The reason for this is obvious. It means even 4 years from now there can be no criticism of the bill and its effectiveness because it will have just begun. They will have been saving money to pay for it for 4 years and thus will be able to say, "see its deficit neutral" but only because they saved all that money.

Our non-representing representatives have decided the federal government has the right to tell us that we WILL by a product and if we don't we'll pay a fine or go to jail. Consider for just a moment if people don't have health care because they can't afford it, but you're forcing THEM to buy, with the money they DON'T have or suffer a severe fine, how is that going to guarantee they are covered? Why is the media not even Fox News bringing this up?

Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey (the representatives we've been STUCK with for decades) are behind this bill 100% as well as many others. We need to get rid of these people but it seems we are unable to bring ourselves to vote for any other person for fear the unknown might be worse. Do you really think anyone could do anything more to harm our economy, take our freedom and set us on the path to communism?!

Paranoid? Maybe, but consider that if we have leaders who are willing to do these things which are so far outside the American way and the constitution, what laws will they pass next. Will find decide that they need to hold off on voting for new representatives in 2010 because of some "crisis" or "emergency"? Maybe they'll tell us that they have to do it or the country will fall apart if they don't. So far that has been their line for everything they've done. The media dutifully report it as they state it and they proceed doing things the people don't want them to do.

They are taking "separation of church and state" to new highs as well yet no one asks why it has to be kept out of "public" office. Who is the PUBLIC? Who is the government? Public office and government, unlike every other nation is WE THE PEOPLE! We are the public, that so if you accept their premise we are not allowed to freely exercise our religion in "public" places (those places that belong to us)

We ARE the government, They only represent US! They are nothing special! They do not hold and special abilities or qualifications that make them better to do what they do. In fact in many cases due to their utter lack of experience in the real world I would suggest that they are less qualified than we are! Anyone who is in tune with what his community wants and needs would qualify for a position in government.

The founding fathers weren't looking to make the government complicated and intrusive and controlling and manipulating every area of society. They wanted them to have as little power as possible. The power is to reside with the people! We don't need 2400 pages of laws to tell us how and when to go to the doctor nor to decide that a doctor charges too much and we simply won't go to them. Our current group of non-representing representatives (Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Lynn Woolsey, Nancy Pelosi, Reid and their ilk) clearly do not understand this and for that reason alone they need to be kicked out of office.

These people have shown nothing but contempt for the constitution. They see it as an impediment to their power, which indeed it was intended to do! If we are not careful we may well find that we wake up some morning to discover they passed yet another 6000 page bill in the middle of the night that takes away or at least sidesteps the first amendment, and then one that does away with the second amendment (though I suspect the 2nd amendment would be the first to go)

We need to send a message to Washington that they can't just take our money and our freedoms. I've said it in other articles but will say it again we need to organize a tax withholding exempt movement. For one solid month or even two everyone goes exempt on their W-2 and the government's money turns into a trickle.

Emails Don't Change the Facts??

I saw what had to be one of the worst pieces of propaganda in the Press Democrat (a northern California news paper) The title was, Emails Don't Change the Facts. They were trying to support that the facts still show we have global warming. The stupidity of this is astounding. The emails that were leaded announce that they WERE CHANGING THE FACTS... the emails didn't cause the change the people who were writing the emails were plainly saying they changed the facts to support global warming because they knew the facts they had didn't support that.

Yet another idiot who won't let go of the propaganda of global warming said on Fox News today that the emails don't mean anything because he still stood by the "peer reviews" I guess he missed one of the leaked emails that said if any contrary data was presented in articles that they would change the standards for peer review so it didn't see the light of day. They were blocking the information that global warming isn't happening and therefore certainly not Man's fault every way they could.

This global warming religion is so said. It is yet another example of the Emperor's New Clothes. They simply refuse to admit or believe that global warming isn't hap
pening. Just the fact that they've changed the name to climate change is telling. Well of course the climate is changing. Certainly it's not static if it were truly static we would be in touble for there would be no seasons. I only hope the American people wake up and start demanding congress be honest with us before they try to pass yet another stupid law to tax us into oblivion under to stupid misunderstanding that we're all going to die from global warming.

Keep in mind these are the same people who haven't changed their own carbon foot prints by one inch but want us to pay thousands out of our pockets as well as put up with the inconveniences of something that isn't even happening. What a joke on the American people. They must be laughing themselves silly.

They know if we really come to believe as we should that man is not the cause of global warming and that it's just a natural cycle there is no reason to prohibit oil drilling and the use of oil. This would through a wrench in their works in a most serious way. After all they have social re-engineering to do and they need global warming as a CRISIS to do that.

We need these nutcases out of office before they all agree to the new global warming treaty that it seems Obama is determined to sign thus sending much of our money to third world countries because they haven't been bad about the use of carbon, never mind the fact that they have no industry and thus no way to produce carbon.

As far as the papers that continue to try to sell us the government's propaganda we should stop buying their papers en-mass till they come to their sense and start being watch dogs of the government instead of lapdogs for the government.

Global Warming a Concocted Hoax!

It has come out that the global warming scientists have been covering up the fact that there is no global warming. They've been fixing the data and fixing the interpretations of that data. Emails were leaked that show global warming scientists were doing this and almost joking about doing it. Yet no one reports on it. there was one mention that emails had been leaked but the NY Times refused to give any details as though to say that stuff was not valid or real and we should just continue to believe as we do.

Something that the governments of the world are trying to use to take trillions of dollars in taxes and redistribute the world's wealth is being proven to be false and yet there is hardly a report on it anywhere. I wonder if this is how people felt during the Middle Ages when science was willing to continue to agree with the church that the world was really flat.

We look at that time and have always blamed the church, but right now there is no pressure from the church to continue to spew the lies of global warming and yet scientists continue to lie about it. They fix the statistics, adding in the ones that suit their needs and leaving out the ones that don't. They make so those who disagree with them will not be published. They know that all the things they're blaming the warming (that doesn't exist) on are not fixable by men. They know nothing we do is really affecting the climate of the earth and that we are not even warming but still they continue to push this agenda, all the while knowing that to do so will bankrupt the greatest nations of the world and not significantly help the third world nations at all.

Redistribution of wealth has never been shown to help the poor. Yes, it sounds compassionate, but it has never helped the poor in any country it's been tried in so why do we keep trying it? The religious zeal that many exhibit for global warming (for it can be called nothing else) is all based on what is now being shown to be a lie. Yet we have a president determined to sign us up for the Copenhagen treaty that will give our wealth to other nations because they haven't helped in the global warming that we haven't created and that isn't happening.

Does this make sense to anyone? All of you that are so activist about trying to get congress to go after the CIA and the interrogation methods, how about getting them to go after such obvious things as ACORN and now the global warming cover-up. The media would have you believe it's all a right wing conspiracy to call these things into question, but there is pleny of eviden to support that these things are worthy of a closer look.

Why do you let our leaders lie to you about things that defy common sense?! We're going to give healthcare to 40 million more people and cut the medicare we're already giving them and it's not going to cost us more money and no one's going to do without? Does this make sense at all?

Start demanding common sense answers from your leaders. If they can't give them to you maybe you should think about getting them kicked out of office. These people have been lying to us for years and we keep voting them back in office. We've been foolish enough to think they're only hurting the people we hate... THE RICH! Of course it is they who are trying to make us hate these people. They depend on class warfare and lies to maintain power. Show them you are fed up with the lies and you want them to do their job.

No matter who you are they are taking more money from you out of your income then our colonial forefathers and they started the American Revolution over it. It is time we got rid of the liars and charlatans. Do not fool yourself. They are not part of the misled when it comes to global warming. They are part of those leading the deception. They encourage it by the grants they give to express the view point that will give them yet more power to take more money and do the social engineering they feel it is their duty to do.

I have tried calling my representatives and they act as though I'm an unruly child that just doesn't understand. The only way these people are going to listen to us is when we start kicking them out of office.

My representatives... Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey have to go as far as I'm concerned. Yes I make it a point to mention them by name I only hope more people will find this site based on that and start to call them. Do you even know who your representatives are. I find it surprixing that 80% of people in the U.S. don't know who their representatives and congress people are. Please get to know them. Trying writing them some letters or calling their offices and you'll see quite rapidly just who the elite are and it's not the rich... It's our leaders. They are the ones who enact laws on the rest of us but exempt themselves from those same laws.

The global warming thing is an outrage and it ought to have everyone screaming to their congressmen to do something about it. If they're not going to do something about it then we need to get them out of office to minimize the damage they're already doing.

Representative Defiance

Anyone who has taken the time to write to their non-representing representatives know that type of response they get. The responses amount to nothing less than, "whether you want this or not it's what I'm going to do because I know better and that's why you picked me, because I know better than you."

We have allowed our non-representing representatives and the media to decide the terms used. Even in this they have done a marvelous job. They don't call what our leaders are doing defiance of the will of the people, or power grabbing. They prefer to make it sound accidental or even to make our leaders sound stupid by saying such things as that they are out of touch.

They are not out of touch! It is far more devious and nefarious than that. They know what the people want. They even know what economic effects these bills are going to have on the nation. That is why they're voting for them. They want to see capitalism cave in. They believe communism is the better form of government and they're going to make sure we have it whether we want or not.

Please like Pelosi, Harry Ried, Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, Lynn Woolsey and their ilk are true elitists. They believe they know what is best for this country. They do not seem to have any love for the constitution. They are not only not defending it but doing everything they can to bring it down and replace it with something else.

No one wants to say these people know what they're doing and they're doing it on purpose. These non-representing representatives are more than happy to have us think they are simpletons and out of touch. For them it is about accomplishing an end they prefer to be a part of that end if they can be but they believe in that end so strongly that it looks like they don't even care if they are kicked out of office after passing the bill that will ultimately destroy this nation economically and leave the door wide open for the "transformation" Obama has been promising.

Obama and our non-representing representatives have been quite clear about what they don't like in principle but they have not been nearly as clear or forthright with the people about wanting to replace our constitution with something that resembles communism. They don't even care if the constitution stays as a document at the foundaton of our nation as long as it is rendered impotent.

No one wants to face the reality that all our townhalls and expensive trips by the millions to Washington have had no effect on our leaders. They are beyond caring. They see the goal in sight and they are determined to bring it to pass now. They have no problem using bribes or any other means necessary to bring about a health care bill that will bankrupt our nation.

I wonder if we dare wait till the next election before we get rid of these people. I wonder if there is any means available to recall such people as Barbara Boxer, Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Lynn Woolsey and the like as we did here in California with Gray Davis. If you wonder why I name those particular representatives so often it is because they are my representatives here in california as well as the big communist movers in congress.

I would be more than happy to get rid of every last one of them even the few that seem to be getting the message. The reason I say this is that even those few have been complicit till they sensed they might lose their office. This means that they don't really see anything wrong with what they've been doing only that the people might vote them out if they don't move more carefully.

Even the republicans that say they don't like the health care bill are not against signing one... they just want some amendments in it that will take some of the teeth out of it. They know they can always get those things in there later one. That's what they do and what they have been doing for more than 30 years.

Again I state plainly that our leaders are not misinformed, stupid, ignorant, uneducated or out of touch. They are in defiance of the people and for this alone they should be recalled or there should be such an uproar from the people that they will leave office. I doubt this latter is likely though since they seem to think the offices they hold are their birthright much like a monarchy.

Throw the bums out before it's too late.

Bribes in Bills

Sadly it seems more often than not the size of the bills being passed is in large part so they can put bribes in them to get them to pass. Some call it pork, but they are nothing more than bribes with OUR money. They of course can't come right out and say I'll give the Senator of Louisiana $100 million dollars if she votes for my bill. They have to word it in such a way that it could be no other state than Louisiana without ever saying Louisiana and the like. They do this with other states as well. They will spend anywhere from 5-20 pages disguising these payoffs, bribes. by the time you've done that for all the people you need to bribe you have a bill full of stuff that has nothing to do with the intent of the bill and no money left to do the things the bill is supposed to do.

What are our representatives doing bribing other representatives with $100's of millions of dollars of our money?! This is an outrage and these leaders need to be called on what they're doing. Whether you want to call it a bribe or a payoff it still amounts to the same thing. When you're buying someone's vote it is generally considered a bribe.

When I was in law enforcement we were told not to even take a free coffee at a dunking donuts because it could be perceived as a bribe or a payoff to look the other way if the store owner ever did something wrong. Yet now we have it as a common practice in our federal government and all they do is look the other way.

I have Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey as my non-representing representatives. It seems it does not matter how many calls they get or how many people tell them we want something differrent they are quite determined to do what they want to do with no fear they will be kicked out of office.

I can not speak to other people's representatives but I know Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey, need to be kicked out of office at the first available opportunity. They do not seem to care one wit about the constitution. It seems like Obama they find it more of an annoyance and a hinderance than something they value as the foundation that made this country great.

If you are reading this and you have Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey, or some other equally bad representative spread the word to vote for anyone but then on the next election and trust me they'll be out of office and that will also put the people you vote in on notice that they will be gone too if they don't actually represent us... something Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey don't do at all. They have deluded themselves into thinking they get into office because of the job they're doing when in reality through gerrymandering they have rigged things such that it is very difficult to get rid of them. This is another thing that needs to go.

Let's get the Barbara Boxers, Diane Feinsteins, and Lynn Woolseys of the nation out of office and get real representatives in their place.

Obama Is Not A Democrat

I would find it comical if it weren't so serious. The congress seems to feel some loyalty to the president because he is a "democrat" and as such they think he's helping them further their agenda. The reality is that Obama is not a democrat. He is either Marxist, socialist or communist. Because he hasn't made an open confession of this does not matter all the policies he's tried to get through and all the things he's plainly said in speeches show his communist leanings.

Obama does not seem to care anything for whether the democrats survive or not either individually or as a party. He does not seem to have any sense of loyalty to them because he doesn't seem to consider himself one of them. All of his associations and methods of operation show he is doing everything he can to sidestep congress and just do what he wants, which is of course the way any good communist would do things.

Our congress is either too stupid to realize what he's doing. They are communists themselves (which at least according to their policies seems likely), or they are so eager to get their bills passed with the support of congress that they don't want to do anything to rock the boat. In the end Obama will be more than willing to see any number or all of them out of office as long as they pass these last couple of nation killing bills. He already has his czars which do not answer to any congress and as such, like it or not with the number he has, he has essentially set up a shado government.

It is a shame we have congressman than are more concerned about power and their own agenda than about the constitution they swore to uphold and protect. Of course after seeing how many of the bills they've read that they've voted for it would not surprise me if none of them have even read the constitution.

No one should be fooled by Obama. He is not a democrat. You democrats may want to claim him as your own, but every policy he has advocated shows him to be communist of one flavor or another. Sadly the republicans have been helping to build a socialist nation for the last 30 years as well and they may have done enough damage to finally make it possible for the process to complete with hardly a wimper from the American people. How I wish this were not so but I fear we have no rallying point or leader to lead the charge. Though it is clear that the majority of Americans do not want this they are so disjointed that they can't coordinate their efforts.

We need to get these people out of office as soon as possible. We need to demand from Obama his proof that he is natural born. No this is not like other strange conspiracy people. Other consipiracies have been clearly and easily debunked. What do we have to show that Obama is natural born? One electronic reproduction of a certificate of live birth with no information on it. All the while Obama does everything he can to prevent anyone from gaining access to any real solid records that would prove or disprove his natural born status.

If he is not natural born every bill he has signed into law is illegal and of no affect. If he is not natural born at least to some degree this also delegitimatizes those who have so strongly supported him without ever verifying who his status either. This mean such as Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, Reid, and all the other democrats who were more eager to have the first black president than to have a legal one.

Why is there no out cry about this? Why does congress support a communist president? Why are they doing everything they can to pass bills that have to be destructive to the free market and the constitution? Why do we let them stay in government and even keep voting them back in year after year.

We need to get these people out of government as soon as possible.

Islam Religion of Peace???

I never ceases to amaze me how ignorant the politically correct can be. It seems they want to stay that way. They base whether they believe Islam is a peaceful religion on what the Muslims are saying instead of what their primary religious document, the Koran says. But then many of the politically correct are so religiously ignorant because they pride themselves on being atheists or at least not being "judgmental".

Since the politically correct and even the media are too lazy to actually look at the primary religious text of Islam I've taken the time to put give both the quotes and references here that show what Islam thinks of infidels and how to deal with us.

Something to consider about any religion is that what defines the religion is its primary religious texts not what the followers say or even do. After reading these quotes ask yourself are these the quotes of a peaceful religion?

Throwing Away Your Vote

Consider for a moment how often it has been said that voting for the independent candidate is throwing your vote away because your party won't win. When the election this past Tuesday in NY happened it was just the opposite. Voting for Scozzafava was throwing your vote away. It is a complete mystery why the GOP endorsed her. More of a mystery than that is why they didn't kick her out of the party when she dropped out and endorsed the opposition party who supposedly represent the things we don't stand for. Why didn't she endorse Hoffman? Clearly he represented the conservative values of the community.

It seems fairly clear that the Republicans are nothing but democrats in sheep's clothing. They care nothing for the values they say they represent. Likewise the democrats are nothing less than communists and socialists in capitalist clothing. What then does that make the republicans.... well if A=B and B=C Then A=C

In times past there have been several attempts to form a 3rd party in this nation but it always failed because we thought there was something redeemable about one or the other parties and because they already had the power they could still make things happen.

I believe it is now time for a new 3rd party. Hoffman in NY is a perfect example of just how ready our nation is to give a 3rd party new consideration. If we keep picking representatives from the same pool of slime we are just going to end up with more slime an sludge. We need to do some serious house cleaning. I mean the House of Representatives. It is time to clean that house and replace every last one of them.

I have heard it said that there are some there that represent what the people want, but I certainly can't find them. Even the best of them tries to explain and defend reasons for voting for more spending and more socialistic views. They try to change what they call it and give it democratic terms but we do not have a single representative that has put forward a single bill that actually shrinks government or cuts spending. They love the word games, but you need to understand when they talk about cutting spending they mean they're cutting the RATE at which it GROWS... to them this is a cut. They don't mean less next year than this year. They mean less than they were going to spend but more than this year. It's rather like jobs save...

If you say you're you going to spend 200 trillion dollars next year but now you're only going to spend 1 trillion next year... at least if you're in Washington you say how you cut the budget by 199 trillion dollars. You carefully forget to mention that this year the budget was only 100 billion so you've actually increased the budget by 10 times was it was. This is Washington Economics. Remember this the next time you hear them talking about any cuts.

People please get some stones and vote these goons out of office before you don't get to vote any more. Ask yourself if you can find a single Czar under Obama that isn't a Marxist, Maoist, communist or socialist. Can you find a SINGLE one that has clearly espoused capitalist views? Please find me a single quote by any one of them that shows they are for smaller government.

So again I say get some stones people and vote these people out of office. It's easy if everyone just votes for anyone but the incumbent we get rid of them all and it sends a message to the new ones that we're watching and if they don't do what we want they'll be gone as well.

Senators Ignore the Constitution

Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States says,

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

What we now call czars and excuse as the exclusive right of the president to pick without any consultation of the senate are not lawful or constitutional. These czars are public ministers, or consuls or at the very least to be considered “other officers” and as such they need to be confirmed by the senate yet our senate has not vetted a single one of them.

How do they justify this? They do not justify it at all. They simply let it happen and we allow them to let it happen. There ought to be public outrage regarding the lack of responsibility of our senators.

I'm guessing Obama and our senators have either not bothered to read the constitution or do not feel it applies to them. I have written to Senator Barbie Boxer and Senator Diane (Frankenstein) Feinstein) and of course all you ever get back from these lousy representatives are form letters that seem to indicate they don't even bother to read them.

If you haven't done so I recommend you take the 30 mins it may take to read through the Constitution. Unlike what our congress puts together our founding fathers wrote in very clear understandable terms how they wanted things to run. You will be amazed at the number of things our non-representing representatives now do that violate the constitution. Maybe because it's just not convenient to do those things or maybe they think they have good reason, but they certainly don't have any legal reason for it. The constitution requires that money be in gold and silver coin, not paper and certainly not paper not even backed by gold.

In just a cursory reading of the constitution I have run into at least 10 clear violations of the constitution that have just become accepted as normal. Pelosi, Reid, and almost every other non-representing representative we have seems to show disdain for the constitution.

Keep in mind that attempting to overthrow the constitution, according to the constitution is considered an act of treason. Obama has been shown even from his college days that he holds disdain for the constitution so why is he even president. I wonder if such writing as this will get my on an enemies list. Yet it seems not only is Obama but possibly even the congress is keeping such a list. These things have been confronted briefly and brushed aside by the media with no real action taken. This goes to show just how much our non-representing representatives have stripped the power of the constitution.

We need to get rid of these people as soon as possible if we hope to keep the republic intact.

Compromise Health Care Bill

Some news organizations are calling the latest reiteration of the health care bill a compromise. I suppose either words don't mean what they used to mean or these reporters simply don't know how to use words correctly. For the to be a compromise there has to be an alternative presented. The problem is that the House of Representatives have not even allowed the republicans in on the meetings to help craft the bill. They are getting no alternative views. They are simply presenting and promoting what they want.

Have they changed the bill from their first absurd offering? No! They have not changed what they're offering. At least they haven't really taken anything out of it. They've reworded some of what they had in the bill and added a lot more to it, but they haven't really taken a single thing out of the bill at all.

Our non-representing representatives have not added a single thing into the bill that they were hearing from the tea parties. It is as if they didn't hear a single word we were saying. Personally I find myself as much offended and angered by this as their arrogant aristocratic attitude. I know that I am not alone in this. It would seem there are several important elections about to happen. It may be that congress is waiting to see what happens with those votes to determine just how serious we are about getting rid of those in congress not doing the will of the people. For the most part this means all of them. AT this point nothing would make me happier than if everyone that went to the polls simply refused to vote for the incumbent. It is almost certain that no matter who we got in there they wouldn't do a worse job and they'd also be on notice that we can get rid of them as well if they don't look out for our interests.

The health care bill being presented to us by our non-representing representatives is anything but a compromise. They are determined to force the public "option" on us. They are ever so careful in the terms they use. I suppose they think if they call it an option it will give us the impression that we actually can have a choice. The reality is that even if we choose to keep our current plan the bill states we can only do that till something, anything, changes in that plan and then we can't keep it. What company can possible keep everything the same forever. They cannot compete if they can't change with the market. The very premise of this is so ridiculous it isn't funny and I mean it ISN'T funny! What kind of an option is that? I suppose it's as much of an option as the bill is a compromise.

I've said it before and I'm saying it again vote the bums out of office. Of course because they are my non-representing representatives my person favorites are, in no special order, Barbie Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey. Beside Obama there are probably no more liberal representatives than these three... Oh and of course Pelosi and Reid, but then that goes without saying. How did we get so many communist and Marxist loving non-representatives? How did we let ourselves vote the people in office? Worse still how come we keep voting them back in office. Do the people really want communism that much? Do the American people really not know what communism will mean to them in their daily lives? Do they really believe that everyone just gives up all their extra freely? Have they not looked at how it's worked out in other countries? If they are so excited about communism as a form of government they want then why not just go some place that already has it?

Maybe some of you are thinking if you don't like the way it turns out you can just change it back. Once again I encourage you to go to history. There is hardly a single example of a nation that has turned communist that has simply been able to change their mind and go back to something less oppressive. This is the reason we have checks and balances. The problem is that the lines of power have been blurred and many of those checks and balances are gone now. If the rest fail we will not simply be able to get them back.

Consider carefully then who you vote back into office for you may find that you can not turn the clock back nor can you simply change your mind and have things go back the way they were before. It is rather like unraveling knitting, it is much easier to pull out all the knots than to put them back.

People like Pelosi, Reid, Barbara Boxer, Lynn Woolsey, Diane Feinstein, and their ilk must be kicked out of congress if we are to get our republic back.

We HAVE to do Something... When It Suits Us

It is comical when you consider the absurdity that is defined by those who are politically correct or the elite in Washington. The whole world is going to burst into flames before our eyes unless we go back to living like cavemen immediately and though we dare not drill for our own oil and there is certainly no way to stop using it immediately, these things escape those who've declared themselves the keeper of Mother Earth and have made her a matter of Goddess worship again.

It is common sense that at least for now we still need to use oil and gas, but we certainly can't drill our own. In some twisted way this makes sense to the environmentalists. Its not fine to use other country's oil in their opinion, but for some unknown reason it's better to do that and make ourselves dependent on them rather than drill our own until we can make alternatives that work to replace those forms of energy.

Drilling has been shown to be safe and to affect only very small areas but the environmentalists would have us believe that entire species are being destroyed, thousands or even millions of trees are being destroyed or entire populations of fish and huge sections of the ocean are being destroyed if we drill there. Nothing could be further from the truth, but then the environmentalists are not really concerned with the truth.

There is another agenda behind all they are doing. It would seem the real goal of all this environmentalism is to change where the power is as well as a redistribution of the wealth from the wealthy nations to the poor ones. We are at every turn being made to feel guilty that we are creating SO much CO2. In reality, but again we don't want to let the facts bother us, the amount of CO2 we are putting into the air is less than 1/1000th of 1% of all the CO2 put in the atmosphere by all of nature. We don't hear that one volcano going off puts out more CO2 than all the cars in the U.S. do in a full year.

Al Gore does a video call "An Inconvenient Truth" and it's a hit even though it's not the truth. When confronted about this at a recent meeting he had the man's microphone turned off because it was the only way to shut him up. This is just one example of the open mindedness of the left. They certainly don't seem to want to have freedom of the press or freedom of speech. It seems they want to be free to say what they want including lies and the like, but they quickly shut up those who tell the truth about them.

For environmentalists the end always justifies the means. If they have to falsify facts, make up lies about what their opponents say, create false photographs, or even rewrite history it's all ok because the important thing is the environment. The other side however dares not even speak the truth for fear of retribution and press witch hunts to destroy their character.

These are the people we have in government. Between cap and trade or whatever name they keep changing it to so they can try to pass it without opposition and the many environmental laws that are so restrictive you can't even plant a tree on your own property without a 100 permits they are determined to suck the rest of us dry.

It is time for the American people to start using our money as well as our mouths and votes to let these people know we're going to take it any more.

Gay Marriage by the Feds???

Once again we have our federal government sticking its nose in where it doesn't belong. They decided with all the problems going on with the economy that they now need to involved themselves in the issue of gay marriage even though the constitution gives them absolutely no right to be involved in that issue. That is an issue clearly given to the states since it wasn't given to the federal government.

As usual it seems our non-representing representatives could care less about the constitution unless they are confronted on the issue, even then they fight tooth and nail to take authority that isn't theirs to take.

I have taken the time to write to every one of my non-representing representatives to let them know how I feel about this issue. It is my hope that at least some will read this and it will spur them to contact their non-representing representatives and tell them to start paying attention to the 10th amendment. Encourage your Governor and other local leaders to start rolling back and negating the laws enacted by congress at a federal level that are not lawful for them to pass.

Level Playing Field

What they say.... What they mean.

You need to understand when our non-representing representatives and our command and thief tell us they need to level the playing field with health insurance they don't mean between private insurance providers. They mean that the government option can't compete with the free market unless they place all kinds of absurd restrictions on them thus driving them out of business and forcing us to get there.

If they are so convinced this plan is good then the question still remains why don't they right into the bill that every representative is required to get the government health care even if they could still keep what they've got. After all common sense tells us if they really think it's such a great thing they would surely want to have the same thing for themselves that they're voting in on us. We all know this will never happen.

For some reason our non-representing representatives refuse to get the fact that we don't want their health care. Instead of finding yet more ways to restrict the market how about passing some laws that free up the market so insurance companies can offer plans across state lines instead of trying to come up with unreasonable price controls, or allowing people health savings accounts that are tax free etc. There are certainly other means of legislation than the government providing the health care themselves. I'd ask if our leaders are really that stupid. I think they are VERY intelligent they just have a different agenda than what they want us to believe. If they really are that stupid then they deserve to be voted out of office for that reason. If they've got a different agenda and are lying to the American people then they deserve to be voted out on that basis. It seems regardless of what they're thinking our non-representing representatives have to GO!

Vote Da Bums Out!

After the Tea Party Tax Rally in Washington D.C. I have heard some that say we shouldn't vote all the reps out because there are a few there that are good. Too look at their records we can see plenty they've compromised on to get small concessions. As far as I'm concerned they are no better than the rest. We certainly wouldn't be the worse off because we voted out the one or two "good people" in Washington out of the more then 400 representatives we have there.

I'm at the point that I'd rather vote for my next door neighbor or even a stranger on the street rather than vote any incumbent back in office. These people have shown us what they'll do and where they want to take the country. The fact that even after so many protests and town halls that our representatives are still willing and even resolute about passing health care, cap and trade, and card check, and yet refuse to verify the president is a natural born citizen or investigate ACORN, or do anything about the more than 40 Czars who are really running things, none of which we voted for, says these people cannot be trusted.

Here and there we have one loan voice standing up and saying something which is complete common sense while all the rest stand against them. It was decided before they even started the hearings on Sotomayor that she would be the next Supreme Court Justice. It seems nothing she said would have prevented that. Even those who opposed her said such things as, they didn't feel she was qualified for the office but they were going to vote for her anyway. More than any other issue about her was the issue that she was hispanic. They certainly avoided talking about outstanding qualifications because there were simply too many controversial things she said. It seemed all she had to say was that she was taken out of context or that she didn't really believe the things she ruled on even though in some cases we have many instances of that happening.

This same thing is true of our current representatives. They can vote for item after item that we don't agree with or want them to vote for but all they have to do is vote for one thing we like and we think they've magically changed. They act as though they had some epiphany at least till they win the next election then they go right back to business is usual.

How many times do they have to violate our trust before we decide to get rid of them. Are we so afraid that anyone else could really do a worse job than they have that we won't at least try some other people in their place? I say let them go back to the regular business world and have to live by the laws they've created... at least till we can get those laws overturned.

The level of taxation in this nation is ridiculous. We've lost sight of what the federal government is for. They are there to protect us against foreign and domestic enemies, they are there to keep order, meaning police judges, jails etc. There is nothing int he constitution anywhere stating or even indicating that Americans have the RIGHT to retirement, the RIGHT to health care, or any of the other insane rights they've made up even as they try to trample on the right to free speech, the right to practice your religion (because if you express your religious beliefs in public it may now be a hate crime)

These non-representing representatives swear an oath to protect and defend the constitution and yet they are looking for every way possible to ignore it or even destroy it in favor of a socialist government. It is clear the constitution does not allow for a socialist government. It does allow for us to vote out the constitution and come up with another form of government if we so choose, but that is not what's happening.

It is time to vote the bums out! We do not need these people in office. They don't really bring any special or great skills to the office with them. Like actors they are full of themselves as being major cogs in the wheels of society when in reality they're no different than we are and can really be easily replaced. So why not, over the next six years, vote each and every one of them out of office. It's an easy thing to do. All everyone needs to do is to determine to vote for anyone but the encumbent and they'll be out. You can still vote for the person of your party if you so choose just vote for the member of your party running against the encumbent!

Fixed Town Halls

When politics reaches the point that the President of the United States is staging what I consider fake or staged town halls and the media knowing this does nothing it is a strong sign that we are nearly at the end of our democracy. There is little difference between this and what was done in Russia or Nazi Germany.

I know most will not abide any reference to the Nazis as they are perceived to be the epitomy of evil with no comparison, and though this is very close to true in some respects we need to realize in many respects it is not true. The methods Hitler, Stalin, Lenin and others used to take power are the same methods used thoughout history. The outcomes vary only in severety or degree but not in kind. The end result is that the people lose the freedom and are turned on each other.

We have a President who seems to be find with having a blog on the White House website that advises Americans to turn in other Americans if they have a contrary view to the administration. When questioned about this he comes with an alternate though seeming absurd interpretation that they just want to know what's being said and send an email or communication back to the one who sent them the sample so they can "correct" their views and give them an "accurate" understanding of what the administration really is trying to sell the people.

Obama has seen the encounters many of the senators has had and is not about to risk that. Unlike the senators who are unwilling to risk being found out to have shams of town halls Obama is more willing to risk that than he is to risk losing face with crowds questioning what he's doing in front of the whole world. It is a sure thing if that happened it would be on youtube and would be all over the internet before the night was out.

The American people seem to have found their heart at last and are beginning to speak out. Thanks to the internet it is even possible to organize and bypass the need for what has become known as the state run media to report on what they're doing. They know that the news will get out on the net just as it did with the demonstrations in Iran. The only fear the people have now is that the same thing will happen that happened with Iran. They are afraid they will be marginalized and ignored.

Still I do not believe this is possible. I do believe that we now have an administration and leaders that are not afraid to do things which are unconstitutional and illegal. The example of the White House website asking for people to inform on their fellow citizens by sending information about those who hold opposing views is disturbing but also a sign of the boldness of our leaders to even break the law. This action is illegal no matter what happens at this point. The White House is not allowed to keep lists of possible dissenters nor is it allowed to delieve official communications sent to. As long as that blog stays up asking people to inform and as long as people send that information the lists cannot help but grow thus adding to this illegal action.

My surprise comes in that to my knowledge not one lawyer has taken up the cause and forced the issue with the White House. The media certainly have the money and often even lawyers already on the payrole so why are none of these used to confront this outrage? It is possible that many lawyers have watched what has happened with our judges refusing to hear anything on the Obama eligibility issue and have decided this it yet another thing that just isn't worth pursuing. Obama has so managed the judiciary with his power and his army of lawyers that people have not even been able to gain a hearing with a single judge which makes it seem that the people don't have a real case.

If the media bothered to report how much this were happening I think the people would be in the streets demanding some action, but again they only see the news on the internet which is not always as "reliable" as the legitimate news. What a joke! I only hope someone out there doing a search runs across this page and knows someone that will take some action.
