Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States says,
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
What we now call czars and excuse as the exclusive right of the president to pick without any consultation of the senate are not lawful or constitutional. These czars are public ministers, or consuls or at the very least to be considered “other officers” and as such they need to be confirmed by the senate yet our senate has not vetted a single one of them.
How do they justify this? They do not justify it at all. They simply let it happen and we allow them to let it happen. There ought to be public outrage regarding the lack of responsibility of our senators.
I'm guessing Obama and our senators have either not bothered to read the constitution or do not feel it applies to them. I have written to Senator Barbie Boxer and Senator Diane (Frankenstein) Feinstein) and of course all you ever get back from these lousy representatives are form letters that seem to indicate they don't even bother to read them.
If you haven't done so I recommend you take the 30 mins it may take to read through the Constitution. Unlike what our congress puts together our founding fathers wrote in very clear understandable terms how they wanted things to run. You will be amazed at the number of things our non-representing representatives now do that violate the constitution. Maybe because it's just not convenient to do those things or maybe they think they have good reason, but they certainly don't have any legal reason for it. The constitution requires that money be in gold and silver coin, not paper and certainly not paper not even backed by gold.
In just a cursory reading of the constitution I have run into at least 10 clear violations of the constitution that have just become accepted as normal. Pelosi, Reid, and almost every other non-representing representative we have seems to show disdain for the constitution.
Keep in mind that attempting to overthrow the constitution, according to the constitution is considered an act of treason. Obama has been shown even from his college days that he holds disdain for the constitution so why is he even president. I wonder if such writing as this will get my on an enemies list. Yet it seems not only is Obama but possibly even the congress is keeping such a list. These things have been confronted briefly and brushed aside by the media with no real action taken. This goes to show just how much our non-representing representatives have stripped the power of the constitution.
We need to get rid of these people as soon as possible if we hope to keep the republic intact.

Compromise Health Care Bill
Some news organizations are calling the latest reiteration of the health care bill a compromise. I suppose either words don't mean what they used to mean or these reporters simply don't know how to use words correctly. For the to be a compromise there has to be an alternative presented. The problem is that the House of Representatives have not even allowed the republicans in on the meetings to help craft the bill. They are getting no alternative views. They are simply presenting and promoting what they want.
Have they changed the bill from their first absurd offering? No! They have not changed what they're offering. At least they haven't really taken anything out of it. They've reworded some of what they had in the bill and added a lot more to it, but they haven't really taken a single thing out of the bill at all.
Our non-representing representatives have not added a single thing into the bill that they were hearing from the tea parties. It is as if they didn't hear a single word we were saying. Personally I find myself as much offended and angered by this as their arrogant aristocratic attitude. I know that I am not alone in this. It would seem there are several important elections about to happen. It may be that congress is waiting to see what happens with those votes to determine just how serious we are about getting rid of those in congress not doing the will of the people. For the most part this means all of them. AT this point nothing would make me happier than if everyone that went to the polls simply refused to vote for the incumbent. It is almost certain that no matter who we got in there they wouldn't do a worse job and they'd also be on notice that we can get rid of them as well if they don't look out for our interests.
The health care bill being presented to us by our non-representing representatives is anything but a compromise. They are determined to force the public "option" on us. They are ever so careful in the terms they use. I suppose they think if they call it an option it will give us the impression that we actually can have a choice. The reality is that even if we choose to keep our current plan the bill states we can only do that till something, anything, changes in that plan and then we can't keep it. What company can possible keep everything the same forever. They cannot compete if they can't change with the market. The very premise of this is so ridiculous it isn't funny and I mean it ISN'T funny! What kind of an option is that? I suppose it's as much of an option as the bill is a compromise.
I've said it before and I'm saying it again vote the bums out of office. Of course because they are my non-representing representatives my person favorites are, in no special order, Barbie Boxer, Diane Feinstein, and Lynn Woolsey. Beside Obama there are probably no more liberal representatives than these three... Oh and of course Pelosi and Reid, but then that goes without saying. How did we get so many communist and Marxist loving non-representatives? How did we let ourselves vote the people in office? Worse still how come we keep voting them back in office. Do the people really want communism that much? Do the American people really not know what communism will mean to them in their daily lives? Do they really believe that everyone just gives up all their extra freely? Have they not looked at how it's worked out in other countries? If they are so excited about communism as a form of government they want then why not just go some place that already has it?
Maybe some of you are thinking if you don't like the way it turns out you can just change it back. Once again I encourage you to go to history. There is hardly a single example of a nation that has turned communist that has simply been able to change their mind and go back to something less oppressive. This is the reason we have checks and balances. The problem is that the lines of power have been blurred and many of those checks and balances are gone now. If the rest fail we will not simply be able to get them back.
Consider carefully then who you vote back into office for you may find that you can not turn the clock back nor can you simply change your mind and have things go back the way they were before. It is rather like unraveling knitting, it is much easier to pull out all the knots than to put them back.

We HAVE to do Something... When It Suits Us
It is comical when you consider the absurdity that is defined by those who are politically correct or the elite in Washington. The whole world is going to burst into flames before our eyes unless we go back to living like cavemen immediately and though we dare not drill for our own oil and there is certainly no way to stop using it immediately, these things escape those who've declared themselves the keeper of Mother Earth and have made her a matter of Goddess worship again.
It is common sense that at least for now we still need to use oil and gas, but we certainly can't drill our own. In some twisted way this makes sense to the environmentalists. Its not fine to use other country's oil in their opinion, but for some unknown reason it's better to do that and make ourselves dependent on them rather than drill our own until we can make alternatives that work to replace those forms of energy.
Drilling has been shown to be safe and to affect only very small areas but the environmentalists would have us believe that entire species are being destroyed, thousands or even millions of trees are being destroyed or entire populations of fish and huge sections of the ocean are being destroyed if we drill there. Nothing could be further from the truth, but then the environmentalists are not really concerned with the truth.
There is another agenda behind all they are doing. It would seem the real goal of all this environmentalism is to change where the power is as well as a redistribution of the wealth from the wealthy nations to the poor ones. We are at every turn being made to feel guilty that we are creating SO much CO2. In reality, but again we don't want to let the facts bother us, the amount of CO2 we are putting into the air is less than 1/1000th of 1% of all the CO2 put in the atmosphere by all of nature. We don't hear that one volcano going off puts out more CO2 than all the cars in the U.S. do in a full year.
Al Gore does a video call "An Inconvenient Truth" and it's a hit even though it's not the truth. When confronted about this at a recent meeting he had the man's microphone turned off because it was the only way to shut him up. This is just one example of the open mindedness of the left. They certainly don't seem to want to have freedom of the press or freedom of speech. It seems they want to be free to say what they want including lies and the like, but they quickly shut up those who tell the truth about them.
For environmentalists the end always justifies the means. If they have to falsify facts, make up lies about what their opponents say, create false photographs, or even rewrite history it's all ok because the important thing is the environment. The other side however dares not even speak the truth for fear of retribution and press witch hunts to destroy their character.
These are the people we have in government. Between cap and trade or whatever name they keep changing it to so they can try to pass it without opposition and the many environmental laws that are so restrictive you can't even plant a tree on your own property without a 100 permits they are determined to suck the rest of us dry.
It is time for the American people to start using our money as well as our mouths and votes to let these people know we're going to take it any more.
