Media Tells Us Their Picks NOT OURS!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I for one am getting quite tired of the media telling me who can and who cannot win the election. Every time they do this there is the veiled implication that we are too dumb to know who can't win and might vote for that person unless they warn us off.

What is really happening is they're telling us who they WANT to win. They have no right to tell us what we want or what we should want. Rather than endlessly reporting to us who we're going to pick how about just reporting on what the different candidates believe, have said, and have voted on.

We're no stupid. We can figure out who we want to vote for based on that. If we can't figure that out on our own then we probably shouldn't be voting. Who knows maybe the media really believes we shouldn't be voting.

It is my hope that there are many others out there like me who are getting fed up with the media constantly telling us who to vote for or who the herd is voting for.

It is clear the Fox News is for the most part in the Romney camp and will probably stay there until the polls indicates he's not who we want.

I'm tired of the media telling me that only a moderate can get elected and so we shouldn't even consider someone who is a real conservative. After all they tell us it's more important that our side wins than what they believe and stand for. Who cares if a person with an "R" in front of his name wins and then proceeds to sign yet more progressive, big government laws into being. Will we all be so thrilled just because he has that "R" in front of his name?

We need to get the people out of office that don't represent the views that most of us hold. We certainly need to be careful that they support the constitution. It would be especially nice if we could get a lot of people in public office who would put judges back in their place as well as the executive branch.

Well on second though I suppose we've got problems no matter what. The congress has done just as much for runaway government as, the judges, and president. We really need to throw as many of the old guard out as possible and get as much new blood in as we can. Not the progressive, socialist, Marxist, communists, graduating from our extremely liberal schools, but people who understand and honor our history.

We need people in government who are determined to defend and uphold the constitution of the United States and do it proudly. If they are afraid to talk about it for fear of sounding too conservative then they are not leaders at all and have no place being voted into positions as representatives.

We need to start demanding more of our leaders than they've been giving us so far. We also need to start telling the media we're tired of their propaganda and manipulation. We want facts not commentary. We don't need help making our decisions. We do need help with raw information, but that is all.

It is not now, nor has it ever been the job of the media offer all kinds of commentary on whether a perspective representative is stupid or not. Just tell us what they've said without all the commentary. As they offer their commentary they are basically telling us that we're to stupid to know what the facts mean and so they won't even bother with the facts. They are really only interested in telling us what they means.

They do this all the time where bills are concerned. They don't tell us what the bills say, they tell us what they mean. Of course I'm fairly certain that most of the media people haven't actually read the bills themselves. They pay other people to read them and then tell them what they mean. The bills are so complex that normal people really couldn't just read them.

There should never be a reason for a 2,000 page bill. It is for this reason that I also admire Herman Cain. If he's telling the truth it would be so refreshing to get a president to refuses to sign a bill that is more than 8-10 pages long. There simply isn't any real need for these ridiculously long bills.

Please if anyone is reading this, when you visit your favorite new website, or if you're watching your news on TV please look for what I'm telling you about and if you see it write to that news organization and let them know you are fed up with this and want them to stop.
