From what I have observed the environmentalists and liberals in general seem to major on hysteria and crisis. They try to get the nation and the world hysterical about things that are not really that much of a problem. They also use the idea that it’s better to be safe than sorry and they are well aware that we as a people have become a hysterical and fearful people.
Because there’s a chance that some baby might put some toy in his mouth and choke on it toys must be a certain size to protect us from ourselves and our bad parents who certain don’t care as much about their children as the government regulators.
Anything that deals with electricity must have ridiculous labels on them advising not to use in the bathtub or the swimming pool. If someone is so stupid they’re going to bring a toaster in the pool with them do they really think they’re going to be smart enough to read the label and then obey it?
Then along comes the environmentalists who have everyone in a dither about CO2 and global warming. Of course now that it’s been shown that things aren’t warming up they have decided to call it climate change. Well of course the climate is change it does that every day of every year as well as at night. This is not a cause for alarm, except in the weak minds of environmentalists. They tell us not to use trees even though there are 200% more trees in the U.S. now than there were when our founding fathers came here. But please ignore the facts or pretend they’re wrong. We certainly can’t drill for oil, that too will ruin the environment. Of course the Middle East has been doing it for 80 years and their environment isn’t ruined. They have not killed ever creature within a hundred miles. They haven’t caused all kinds of species to go extinct by doing it, but that doesn’t mean we won’t. In fact the hysterical environmentalists are sure that it will be the destruction of the whole world even though the proposed drilling areas are only a few thousand acres spread out of 1000’s of square miles. But again, don’t let facts get in the way!
This hysteria is necessary if the minority is to impose their rule over the majority. There are now protected classes of people, who get more protection than the rest of us. There are protected species though they are in no danger whatever. Hysteria and crisis are the words of the day. As several of our top leaders have said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” If there isn’t a crisis then it always helps to create one.
If the earth wasn’t warming then it would be cooling. Does anyone really believe the earth was meant to stay exactly the same temperature all the time and if so what is that temperature supposed to be? Is it supposed to be what’s best for us? Is it supposed to be what’s best for polar bears at the expense of other animals? Who’s to say what it’s supposed to be? These are questions that are never asked and certainly never answered.
Just because the earth is the right temperature in one place doesn’t mean it will be the right temperature in other places. Again, these are things that never are questioned and the environmentalists brush these questions aside and jump back to their talking points, because it’s more about fear and hysteria than it is about reality and facts.
These alarmist environmentalists have developed a brilliant time tested strategy for silencing those with common sense, they call it political correctness. They silence people with common sense by making them sound unreasonable, uncaring, unintelligent, and by saying such ridiculous things as, “everyone knows”. After all if there’s a consensus it must be true. We know this because at one time there was a consensus among scientists that the sun moved around the earth… Oh, wait a minute; the scientists were wrong about that one. But other than that when they’ve had consensus they’re always been right! Or when they were sure there were only 7 planets. No, make that 8… no make it 9, no we were wrong again Pluto is now a planetoid so we’re back to 8. But didn’t they all agree on this so doesn’t that make it so.
Consensus in the 70’s was that we were heading toward an ice age. I’m sure they’re more than happy that most people have forgotten that one. Now it’s global warming, or maybe it is cooling again.
In the 70’s it was also the consensus of scientists that we only had 30 years at most left of oil in the world and then we would run out. Of course when that realization started to go away they had to find some other way to get us to stop using oil so then it because global warming because of all the oil we were burning. Well if that’s the case just because we use ethanol doesn’t stop us from putting CO2 in the area. Combustion does that, not just oil.
But if you doubt them you can be sure you’ll be shouted down. The media are all afraid to declare reason. They even help with the politically correct crowd. They seem to feel they have no obligation to reason only to report what others say no matter how absurd it may be to anyone with common sense.
I wonder sometimes what these people would do if every excuse for doing what they’re doing was taken for them. These people seem to have nothing better to do in life than try to make people believe they are the biggest blight on the environment since evolution began. This actually only belies the fact that they don’t really believe in evolution or at least that we are not the top of the evolutionary chain or else it would be incumbent upon them to continually say how the world revolves around us and everything in it must be for us rather than the earth itself being central and the all of human existence revolves around the world and every other creature that exists in it and that humans actually come last on the evolutionary chain. You can’t have it both ways. Either we are at the top or we are at the bottom. The only other option which they absolutely cannot abide is that there is no evolutionary change and that man is at the top because we were created to be so and that we are actually supposed to be stewards of the earth.
I personally believe this is the only mindset that makes sense if we are to believe that we should be responsible with what we have. If all there is, is evolution then there is no real reason for us to treat the rest of evolution as being superior in importance to man.

Obama – Self Deluded?
One has to wonder if Obama not only a megalomaniac, and a narcissist, but also just plain self-deluded!
Consider for a moment a man who takes down most of the pictures of past presidents in the White House and replaces them all with pictures of himself. It is as though there is nothing better for him than to gaze upon his own likeness.
When address issues about international policies, Obama seemed to think the United States had become even more of a leader in the theatre of world politics than it was before. He also talked about strengthening old allies as well as forging new ones. It is as though even the events of the last 4 years are jumbled in his mind. Either he states these things because he wants them to be so, or for propaganda purposes being aware that if you’re going to tell a lie, tell a big one and tell it often. It is hard to determine which it is.
Obama inserts himself into almost every situation and either states or believes he is in some way a prime mover in that situation. When you listen to his speeches the words “I” and “Me” are prevalent and central to his entire speech. He wants and needs everyone to recognize just how wonderful he is.
Consider again how he tortured the biographies of so many past presidents by inserting himself into their biographies in places he had no business being. It’s an insult to them and should have been an embarrassment to him, but he would have left them in if it hadn’t been for the media. Even if no one else saw it, it seems the point of it is that he simply can’t stand anyone else getting credit for anything and at the same time doesn’t believe he ever for any reason deserves blame or should be responsible for anything that goes wrong.
I know 6 year olds that know better than this. One can only wonder how poor his upbringing was that his mother would allow him to think this way, or maybe she tried to address it and came to feel that he was in some way emotionally broken in this area and gave up addressing it further.
This is a man who constantly sets people at odds with either other as a means of accomplishing things and then either believes or at least wants us to believe that he is some great unifier. This again is either delusion, or propaganda. Either way this is not the sort of man we want running this nation is it?
He has stated on many occasions that this nation has never really worked and that things are only now starting to get on the right track since he became president. What does this really mean? It certainly seems to imply that Obama sees himself as even better than our founding fathers when it comes to how a nation should run and be governed.
This is a man who can say we should all get along in one sentence and in the same paragraph say something so divisive about the other side that he makes abundantly clear he hates and yet expect no one to notice. The truly surprising thing is that at least where the media is concerned they either don’t notice or don’t point it out. Maybe they feel it’s so obvious that they don’t think it needs pointing out, but somehow I don’t believe that’s the case.
Is this really the sort of man we want running this country. This all smack of mad tyrants and dictators from other parts of the world. This is rather like the frequent and crazy rewriting of history so many dictators have done to make themselves look better. Everyone knows the history is fake, but after a while no one knows what the real history is any more so they are stuck with the fake or with nothing. The latter of those two situations seems worse than the former.
We have already experienced a great deal more of this in America than most would ever admit. Consider how much of our American history has been essentially lost, story, changed, or deleted by the left seeking to advance their leftist, progressive, Marxist, communist agenda.
Glenn Beck has had many people on his show that were historians who brought to light many things about black history that most of his black audience had never heard. Their history probably more than any other has been distorted or deleted.
The more we stick our heads in the sand and say this is America, sure this couldn’t really be happening the more it will happen. We are not immune from tyranny by virtue of nothing more than that we are Americans. We are only free as long as we are willing to die for that freedom and refuse to allow tyrants or their ilk any place in our government. I don’t care that it’s the name of the first amendment.
Our founders never intended that we should just allow anyone to be president. They were quite clear about the need to be natural born. I do not say this from a birther perspective, but rather that we might always look at their reasoning. They did not want even the slightest chance of a person getting to be president who would be anti-American. I hate to say it but it seems right now that we have far too many people in decision making places in our government that are just such people.

Does it make sense to ANYONE why he would then refuse to let anyone see the original? Of course this flies in the face of reason. He has an army of lawyers as well as the Dept. of Health of Hawaii keeping his real birth certificate sequestered. If he’d already shown a copy of the real thing what could possibly be the reason to refuse letting anyone examine the real thing?
On top of this why is the Hawaii Dept. of Health helping cover this up. Even when state officials make requests to see the verifying documents so they can vet the president for this race they still refuse to let them see it. Again the question why? And since when do fellow agencies of the government fight with each other about releasing information to each other.
If this were an investigation of fraud about any other person I have no doubt that the Dept. of Health would release the records at the first request.
None of this makes any sense, but because anyone who looks at it seriously might be called a “Birther”! Oh MY, what a horrible thing! They simply won’t ask for it no matter what evidence there is! The news people we have now are like scared rabbits when it comes to addressing any issue about the president. They all dance around all the issues. After all someone might call them a birther, or a racists, or some other ridiculous name.
Arpaio, who is a sheriff has been investigating this situation for quite a while. He has determined that the most recent version of the birth certificate offered by Obama is a forgery. At the very least this is a felony. On top of this it means that either Obama or someone who has access to his records is a felon, committing forgery. Yet not one of the media groups will address this most serious problem. If Obama didn’t have it forged and wasn’t aware it was forged, which anyone would find hard to believe then it still points to other serious issues with this administration which need to be investigated and answered.
Our media can’t be bothered by this, but it is essential that they spend weeks on a couple of secret service agents having a good time with some prostitutes. Let’s see one is an ethical violation, not a legal one and the other is a felony, but only the secret service gets investigated for weeks on end while the media can’t even mention Arpaio’s investigation and findings.
I can’t help but wonder if it would even get covered if they proved that no birth certificate in Hawaii existed at all. The media seems determined to be complicit in this cover-up at this point. As I’ve said in previous blogs it may be that they believe that if it came out now that not one of them did their part in vetting the president on this and then it turned out he was not natural born which clearly they have all taken for granted, that it means we can’t really trust them about anything else as well.
I find it especially interesting that in every case where anyone in the media including O’Reilly and Hannity, broach this subject they always gone on to say they believe he’s qualified but not one of them says this based on a single fact, simply their good faith!!! And why should we believe that?

Romney Afraid to Say What Must be Said
Sadly it seems that we are heading back to the days of the McCain campaign. He was supposedly going to take the high road and not use the nasty tactics being used by Obama. There are times when you need to fight fire with fire if you want to win.
Obama said if they bring a knife we’ll bring a gun. Now what person in a fight is going to bring boxing gloves to fight a man with a rifle? In war a person should not pull their punches. In politics the same is no less true.
I must admit I had to wonder during the McCain campaign if there wasn’t someone behind the scenes giving him the bad advice he seemed to be getting or it wasn’t some kind of plan with the idea that they knew they were going to lose so they would regroup for the 2010 elections.
All too often it seems republicans are cable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
I still remember Romney speech when he resigned the campaign. It was the sort of speech he should have been giving all along. Even back then it was like the Republican Party had told him that he wasn’t going to be their pick and to back off.
Many of us would like to believe that our politics is a politics of the people, by the people and for the people, but a recent development in 2 different states is showing us otherwise. There are two different people running against Obama in 2 different states and in one of them it looks like the challenger might win, yet he was told they wouldn’t give him any delegates in the convention. What they are essentially saying when they do this is that the people don’t decide who the candidate is going to be, we do.
Many think the republicans really want to win, but I’m not so sure that’s the case. I think in too many cases their agenda is not much different from that of the Democrats. There are far too many progressives in the Republican Party. Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference.
Alan Keyes has made some great points of late regarding the lack of any substantial difference between Obama and Romney. They are both chameleons. Though the media, by that I mean Fox News since they are the only ones that even came close to fair coverage of the republican primaries, has tried to convince us that they’re not taking sides from the very beginning and throughout the primary they continued to call Romney the presumed frontrunner. Only when he had a clear lead were they willing to give a look at the others. I’m sure they loved dragging it out as long as they could. What I want to know is where the responsible writing was when Herman Cain dropped out and how all the accusations of sexual misconduct simply vanished. Those women didn’t both to pursue it any more, there were no settlements, and nothing more was said. Doesn’t think smell of a setup?
There was far more vicious mudslinging during the Republican Primary, but now Romney is going to be above it all? I really don’t get this at all. In too many ways this has the feel of another setup. Last time McCain didn’t take off the gloves till it was too late and obviously so and even then he had quite a comeback. It all seems very calculated to me.
I have not felt that Romney or any of the rest of the batch was any too good. Consider there are 300 million people in this nation I have to wonder if these are really the best we could find to represent us? How is it that we can’t find men of real character who will vote their consciences?

I must admit I had to wonder during the McCain campaign if there wasn’t someone behind the scenes giving him the bad advice he seemed to be getting or it wasn’t some kind of plan with the idea that they knew they were going to lose so they would regroup for the 2010 elections.
All too often it seems republicans are cable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
I still remember Romney speech when he resigned the campaign. It was the sort of speech he should have been giving all along. Even back then it was like the Republican Party had told him that he wasn’t going to be their pick and to back off.
Many of us would like to believe that our politics is a politics of the people, by the people and for the people, but a recent development in 2 different states is showing us otherwise. There are two different people running against Obama in 2 different states and in one of them it looks like the challenger might win, yet he was told they wouldn’t give him any delegates in the convention. What they are essentially saying when they do this is that the people don’t decide who the candidate is going to be, we do.
Many think the republicans really want to win, but I’m not so sure that’s the case. I think in too many cases their agenda is not much different from that of the Democrats. There are far too many progressives in the Republican Party. Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference.
Alan Keyes has made some great points of late regarding the lack of any substantial difference between Obama and Romney. They are both chameleons. Though the media, by that I mean Fox News since they are the only ones that even came close to fair coverage of the republican primaries, has tried to convince us that they’re not taking sides from the very beginning and throughout the primary they continued to call Romney the presumed frontrunner. Only when he had a clear lead were they willing to give a look at the others. I’m sure they loved dragging it out as long as they could. What I want to know is where the responsible writing was when Herman Cain dropped out and how all the accusations of sexual misconduct simply vanished. Those women didn’t both to pursue it any more, there were no settlements, and nothing more was said. Doesn’t think smell of a setup?
There was far more vicious mudslinging during the Republican Primary, but now Romney is going to be above it all? I really don’t get this at all. In too many ways this has the feel of another setup. Last time McCain didn’t take off the gloves till it was too late and obviously so and even then he had quite a comeback. It all seems very calculated to me.
I have not felt that Romney or any of the rest of the batch was any too good. Consider there are 300 million people in this nation I have to wonder if these are really the best we could find to represent us? How is it that we can’t find men of real character who will vote their consciences?
Austerity
This is a word that we had never heard up until about a year ago, now it is the word of the day where financial stability are concerned. It always seems to have a bad connotation though I’m not sure why. Does “rampant spending” have a good connotation? Just because a government has spent like crazy before this and as a result has seemingly given it’s people some wonderful life, as though there would never come a time to pay the piper, doesn’t mean that time won’t come. It seems that time has come.
We used to use other words when it came to the concept of austerity. We called it responsibility, and budgeting. For some reason these words have become like dirty words. These are words that should never be spoken. Let’s face it if you’re spending more than you know you can ever afford to pay back then it is time to do the only sensible thing, cut your spending everywhere you can till you can get it back to a level you can afford.
The fact that they just can’t rein in their spending is a good indication that they really are out of touch with what it’s like to live as a normal American and have a budget you need to live within. Because of this we really need to get the whole batch out. If they’re only solution is to raise tax and they refuse to do any real cuts then it’s time to get them out of office

Separation of Church and State
We hear this phrase on a fairly regular basis as the reason for all sorts of court rulings, but does this exist in the constitution? I defy anyone to find separation of church and state in the constitution? It does not exist there. Further there is nothing in the constitution regarding either the federal or state level governments from engaging in any form of religious observance they choose, this includes schools.
What the constitution addresses and quite specifically FORBIDS, is CONGRESS making LAWS establishing religion or PROHIBITING the free exercise thereof. This is a far cry from them establishing a routine of prayer where there is no LAW forcing you to engage in prayer! I’m not sure if it’s the judges and Supreme Court who can’t read or can’t understand and parse simple sentences.

Obama’s Birth Status
I must admit I find it odd that the one reporting the exclusive on new information about Obama’s birth status steps back from it and says that doesn’t mean HE believes it’s true. So then what Hannity is saying is that he’s going to report what he believes is a falsehood.
Doesn’t this strike anyone else as odd? People are so afraid of being labeled birthers that no matter how much evidence they have to the contrary they just can’t bring themselves to question Obama’s qualifications to be president based on his natural born birth status.
How can anyone take such a person seriously? Either he doesn’t have the courage of his convictions, or he really doesn’t believe it in which case why not ignore this one the way he and the rest of the media did with Sheriff Arpaio?
It would seem no matter how much evidence there is to the contrary none of the media will touch Obama’s natural born status. I suppose to do so would be to admit that none of them did their job right in the first place when it all first came out.
It would seem everyone addressing this situation or looking into it feels bound to say that they believe he was born in Hawaii, but they’re looking into it? Why do they feel that he was born in Hawaii when there is such mounting evidence of forged documents, incorrect social security information, 2 computer generated birth certificates with not one original presented; prefaces to books regarding Obama being born in Kenya, etc.
The same goes for other questions about Obama being muslim or at least having Muslim roots as a child and even young adult that he may never have given up. Yet with all of this the first words out of peoples’ mouths is that they don’t believe these things. Why is there such a readiness to suspend disbelief?
Every time new evidence is produced the immediate response is that they don’t believe it and that they are merely presenting it for your interest and the implication is that you shouldn’t believe it either? What madness is this in reporting and what kind of investigative reporting is this?

Obama's Politics are Brilliant
Obama knows he cannot win if it is just him and Romney so he has come up wtih another plan or at least someone close to him has. It would seem someone has decided Obama can't win at least not in a head to head competition. As a result they are now trying to buttonhole some dupe to run as president on a third party ticket. If you think about this, it is brilliant. The hope is that it will divide the ticket, especially among the challenging party, the republicans. If this happens there is more of a chance that Obama will win because he knows there are those that would prefer that Romney not win. He has a dislikeability factor that is already sure to hurt him at least to some degree and this is all he needs. If through this ploy Obama can drain off even 5% of the votes from Romney it may be enough for him to win, especially with all the dirty tricks he's sure to try. He's confident even if he gets caught those in his administration will simply look the other way because they don't want another Florida situation like happened with Bush and Gore.
I cannot imagine that anyone will question his election antics almost no matter what happens. He was successful in doing away with the New Black Panther case that had to do with election intimidation and as a result I have little doubt that we will see more of that this time around. This being the case why not throw another person into the race with the idea of siphoning off more of the votes and thus increasing his chances. This is probably one of the more brilliant strategies I’ve seen. I do not believe there is much Obama wouldn’t do to win one more term. I further believe there are at least a few men out there with very deep pockets who not only can, but will do what is necessary to give him every chance possible to win.
I believe Obama has such a completely different vision for this nation than any other president except many FDR that we would not even recognize that vision as anything even remotely American.
Obama must just laugh at the American people. He seems to be the first politician to not only understand but use the fact that almost no matter what a political leader says or DOES they will still get voted back in office. I suppose Obama is wondering just how far that will go.
Let’s face it. Congress has an 11% approval rating yet 95% of them regularly get voted back in office because the American people are too stupid to recognize about their own representatives what the rest of the country already knows about them. Everyone is foolish enough to believe that their representative is ok, it’s the rest of them that are horrible. No one seems to consider if the rest of the country think theirs representatives such maybe there’s a reason! Or may they just believe that the rest of the nation actually thinks your representatives are the only good ones, but then of course the question that would beg itself would be then why don’t all the others get voted out of office.
Every time we let a politician get away with something, like spoiled children, they think that just means that they can get away with more and we keep letting them do it, so I suppose in some ways they’re right.
Obama is a socialist. He has repeated criticized American, his wife said the first time she was proud to be an American was when her husband got to be president. I don’t see how you can interpret this to mean anything except that in her view the only reason to be proud of her nation is if her husband is running it. From this we can only infer that as soon as he’s out she won’t be proud of our nation any more. Are these really the kinds of people we want to be in the highest offices of our land?
We desperately need to wake up and get rid of the whole lot of them before they destroy our nation.
Obama of all of them has been the most brilliant at this. He has worked his deceptions, outright lies, and distractions better than any leader we’ve had before this. For some reason no one wants to admit what his real goals are. No one wants to admit this man is a socialist or a communist. He’s admitted his associations, he’s admitted these are the people he sought out. He has never recanted of those relationships or said anything even remotely indicating he doesn’t believe those things any more. He has continued to surround himself with communists and socialists even as he did in college and yet we still want to believe, foolishly, that he has somehow changed.
It would seem that his faith that just being likeable is enough is proving true. I only hope the American people wake up before it is too late.

The Genius of the Obama Propaganda Machine
There are few who doubt that the media is in the back pocket of Obama. Whether that is because they ideologically agree with him or because they are afraid of being shut out by him and no longer being on the inside might be in question, but the end result is still the same.
The genius of the whole thing more than anything, as is always the case with propaganda is that it is always about deception and misdirection. It is rather like a good magic act. Never let people focus too much on what is really going on. Keep the distractions going.
Sadly to a large degree even Fox News enters into this, only from a slightly different perspective and motivation. Look how long they covered the Sandra Fluke story. Now they’re hung up in the gay marriage issue, the equal pay for women issue is now on the horizon and I have little doubt they will have 100’s of interest facts to produce regarding how women’s pay is in parity with men’s, but the point is they are still distracted from the real stories. They fail to report the important things in favor of the buzz going on in then news. After all they want to seem out of step so they report the same thing the others do instead of leading they are following.
There is very little investigative reporting any more. Somewhere along the line true investigative reporting disappeared. Maybe it happened when the media saw such things as People Magazine take off. They began to see themselves more as entertainment than as factual. They began to put spin on everything so it would be entertaining. Really it’s an insult to thinking Americans. It says we’re not really cable of digesting the facts for ourselves and that we’re not even really interested in what’s going on.
The media is far more interested in telling us what the facts mean than what the facts are. Again they seem to feel that if they don’t comment on the facts that we won’t know what they really mean. Now I don’t believe they can really be that stupid so it then becomes a matter of the propaganda machine, which has to do with telling people what to think.
Consider for a moment how from the start of the republican primaries the media called Romney the presumptive candidate. Before anyone had even cast one vote they were saying that, and they continued to say it till it happened. Now they’re busy telling us the best people for Romney to pick for his vice presidential candidate. None of this is news, it’s presumption. News deals with facts. This doesn’t deal with a single fact.
When was the last time you heard something about bills being presented in the house or the senate? Or, better still when was the last time they told you what it SAID instead of just telling you what it would mean? Congress passes 100’s of thousands of pages of bills every year and yet we hear almost nothing about them. All we hear about is the arguing and infighting. I for one am really sick of the drivel I hear coming from the media. The sad thing is that it is pretty much our only source for what is going on in the nation right now.
I also do not understand why it is that the media and our government refuse to address the issue of radical Islam. Clearly we do not have any leaders in the Muslim community really coming out and condemning the Muslims for what they’ve done. It is also clear that for the most part the only people involved in this kind of behavior are Muslims. No one seems to ask why we don’t hear of Buddhist extremists or Christian extremists and even in the rare situations where you do it is recognized by all that they are the exception not the rule. Where Muslims are concerned people are not the least bit surprised to find they have committed some horrendous act.
This is more of the propaganda war. Then we find out today that Obama is planning on releasing some of the terrorists from Gitmo. The only reason Obama or others seem able to give is that it is a good will gesture. Doesn’t this make us look especially weak? After all you generally make good will gestures to those under your power that you have no need of doing such too. If you have not vanquished them or clearly have the upper hand then it is generally called tribute. I fear this is more like a tribute than it is a good well gesture.
I’m not sure if Obama really doesn’t understand the way Islam works and he is seriously deluded into thinking that if he treats them nicely they will reciprocate, or he knows exactly how they’ll take it and that’s what he wants. Obama seems to get away with being called neither of these things all the time. I suppose it’s that people are afraid to admit or believe he is really so stupid or really so naïve, or that he could actually want to see these people triumph. It is much like the situation of calling him a socialist or a communist. People prefer to think that he is a muddling buffoon who just doesn’t know about the economy than believe he is intentionally causing the damage he is.
Obama has used to cover of media and distraction probably better than any president in recent history. I do not know much about Franklin Roosevelt or some of the other horrible presidents we’ve had that brought us to the brink of socialism, but he certainly must rate fairly high up there among them. With the media running interference for him he has had as nearly a free hand to do as he pleases as you can imagine.
It is little wonder that not much got done the first 2 years he had both houses of congress. He was focused on one thing and one thing only which he was determined to push through at all costs, health care. He understood this was at best second only to social security and maybe not even second to that. Between the two he could make sure we had a socialist society.
Yes we have a few who are saying they are going to repeal health care but I can’t help but wonder just how much these progressive Republicans will actually fight to make that a reality. They certainly haven’t been doing very much to expose what is in it? I wonder if they even know what is in it.

No End to What Government Can Do
It would seem the progressives we currently have in government who were mostly brought up on communist ideals in our progressive schools believe there is nothing that government can’t take care of as well as nothing that is off limits to our government. They do not believe in limited government at all. Were they to believe in that it would mean that they also believed in limits to their power and they certainly don’t want that! They are so full of themselves that they believe they always know better than you what is best for you. They believe they need to micro manage our economy. After all you certainly can’t leave that to greed business men who are only out for themselves. Just because these companies employ large numbers of people doesn’t mean anything. They behave as though the only one that benefits from such a situation is the owner of the company. They equally behave as though such owners are little more than slavers. Nothing could be further from the truth, but this is how demonization works.
We need to realize just how full of themselves many of these leaders have become. They must laugh together when they are in private discuss their horrible ratings as they continually get voted back in office. These men and women have come to expect no matter what they do and no matter how bad it is that they will still get voted back into office because the American people are either too stupid or too afraid to vote them out. They behave as though they are the only ones that are still keeping this country afloat, when in reality our current demise is because of them.
They try to sell us the lie that the citizens of this nation are the cause for all our problems. Oh not all of them only the really rich ones. Certainly the takers of society that offer nothing and just sponge off the rest of us aren’t to blame. After all don’t we have a responsibility to take care of them? Especially, they would have us believe the rich have an obligation to take care of them, because as the narrative goes, the rich are the ones that made them poor. Certainly the government is not to blame for this. Their intentions are nothing but the best.
We must understand with progressives and all too often with democrats at least the ones we have in government right now, intentions are more important than outcomes. This is much the same where sports are concerned with the politically correct. The excellence of performance is not what’s important, only that you feel good that you tried or that you wanted to win. Only in government and the politically correct crowd does this mentality make any sense at all.
I wonder sometimes how we can break free of this odd mentality. How do we make it clear that outcomes matter? How do we build personal responsibility back into our society? We are now taught that we are our brothers’ keepers to such an extreme that people feel they are no longer responsible for themselves.
For some reason Obama and his ilk seem convinced that government can do things better than individuals and that they know better both in general and in specific what you need better than you do. Because they certainly can’t know what every individual does or what every individual has they of course have to rely on what can only be called a one size fits all mentality. This in itself shows that they cannot know better what you need than you do. They cannot know every specific of your situation or your needs. Not the greatest program or the fastest computer in the world could possibly make those judgments for every person in the country.
Pelosi, Reid, Obama, and the rest of the progressives do not really believe it either, it is simply a mean of manipulation and an urge to gain as much power over the lives of others as they can. The nation is falling apart and yet still, like the global warming alarmists they insist that only they can fix the problem and that you need to do what they say. Give them everything you have. Give them everything you make, and they will manage it in such a way that everyone will be better off.
Now the question that of course is always avoided is how can the person having his stuff taken be better off than he was before it was taken. If you are only going after the rich then again how can they be better off? So again we have snake oil salesmen trying to tell us that they can do a better job with our money than we can.
Now who doesn’t aspire to be wealthy and at least well off? Certainly our government leaders do, for most if not all of them are millionaires, and again most if not all of them have become even wealthier by using their positions of power. But who will want to be well off if you know that means you’re going to be targeted by the government because you have too much.
You might wonder why they would pass laws that would equally target them? The reason is simple. They don’t. Congress always exempts them from every law they pass. After all they’re not idiots even if they believe you are!
We need to realize just how full of themselves many of these leaders have become. They must laugh together when they are in private discuss their horrible ratings as they continually get voted back in office. These men and women have come to expect no matter what they do and no matter how bad it is that they will still get voted back into office because the American people are either too stupid or too afraid to vote them out. They behave as though they are the only ones that are still keeping this country afloat, when in reality our current demise is because of them.
They try to sell us the lie that the citizens of this nation are the cause for all our problems. Oh not all of them only the really rich ones. Certainly the takers of society that offer nothing and just sponge off the rest of us aren’t to blame. After all don’t we have a responsibility to take care of them? Especially, they would have us believe the rich have an obligation to take care of them, because as the narrative goes, the rich are the ones that made them poor. Certainly the government is not to blame for this. Their intentions are nothing but the best.
We must understand with progressives and all too often with democrats at least the ones we have in government right now, intentions are more important than outcomes. This is much the same where sports are concerned with the politically correct. The excellence of performance is not what’s important, only that you feel good that you tried or that you wanted to win. Only in government and the politically correct crowd does this mentality make any sense at all.
I wonder sometimes how we can break free of this odd mentality. How do we make it clear that outcomes matter? How do we build personal responsibility back into our society? We are now taught that we are our brothers’ keepers to such an extreme that people feel they are no longer responsible for themselves.
For some reason Obama and his ilk seem convinced that government can do things better than individuals and that they know better both in general and in specific what you need better than you do. Because they certainly can’t know what every individual does or what every individual has they of course have to rely on what can only be called a one size fits all mentality. This in itself shows that they cannot know better what you need than you do. They cannot know every specific of your situation or your needs. Not the greatest program or the fastest computer in the world could possibly make those judgments for every person in the country.
Pelosi, Reid, Obama, and the rest of the progressives do not really believe it either, it is simply a mean of manipulation and an urge to gain as much power over the lives of others as they can. The nation is falling apart and yet still, like the global warming alarmists they insist that only they can fix the problem and that you need to do what they say. Give them everything you have. Give them everything you make, and they will manage it in such a way that everyone will be better off.
Now the question that of course is always avoided is how can the person having his stuff taken be better off than he was before it was taken. If you are only going after the rich then again how can they be better off? So again we have snake oil salesmen trying to tell us that they can do a better job with our money than we can.
Now who doesn’t aspire to be wealthy and at least well off? Certainly our government leaders do, for most if not all of them are millionaires, and again most if not all of them have become even wealthier by using their positions of power. But who will want to be well off if you know that means you’re going to be targeted by the government because you have too much.
