When Congress refuses to act then I have an obligation to do what I can without them - Barak Obama

This just goes to show how lawless Obama is as well as his contempt for the constitution. This should have caused every American a great deal of concern when he said it, yet the media had almost nothing to say about it and as a result most Americans are not aware that we have such a man now running the country. Who knows maybe many Americans feel that if congress can’t get their act together maybe there is something wrong with the constitution and this is what needs to be done.

If this is the case then all I can say is that these people are not thinking very clearly. They do not understand where this can ultimately go, whether it is with this president or with another. Ultimate power was not vested in the president or any other individual person for a reason.

Oddly we have a president to makes a habit of accusing his opponents of the very things he’s doing. Most label this hypocritical, but when it is about almost everything it becomes sociopathic, or something else. Most people who are hypocrites really don’t realize they’re doing the very thing they accuse others of. I believe in Barak Obama’s case he is completely aware that he’s doing those thing. The reason he accuses others first of the things he’s either doing or already done is because it makes it harder for them to turn around an accuse him.

Just talking in this way as more than a joke should be treated with the utmost concern and vigilance. Though it may not legally be so, it seems that such talk borders on being an impeachable offense. Regardless he has indeed acted on the talk and has now bypassed congress on several occasions overturning laws they passed with the scribble of a pen on an executive order. The president doesn’t have such power and as such impeachment proceedings should have begun. The excuse that he may be out of office at the next election is no reason for congress not to uphold the laws of the land and the constitution.

If the men and women we send to be our representatives cannot be bothered to uphold and defend the constitution and live up to their word then I can see no reason to send them back. The same is true of the president who has equally done everything he can to find ways around the constitution as well. It is long past time for these people to go and for us as citizens to do everything we can to be informed voters making sure such people don’t get in or if they do that they don’t go back!

Obama Is Not Inept!

For quite some time I’ve been hearing that Obama must be inept because of the way he’s been handling things. I personally do not believe this is the case. I do not believe the things that have been happening to our nation are because he is inept. Quite the opposite I believe the things that are happening to our nation at the hands of Obama and his administration are by design. I believe he knows full well what he is doing to our economy and to the constitution and it is quite intentional.

I do not believe that Obama shares any great love for this nation. I believe that his communist upbringing by those who revere the way the soviets do things is what is in play. I believe Obama is a Manchurian president as has been stated by Klein.

At one point Obama said he would destroy the coal industry and that if you wanted to start a coal business you could but that you would go broke. At another point he said that the price of fuel would “necessarily skyrocket” and isn’t this what has happened. Coal companies are going out of business because they cannot afford to stay in business and we now have gasoline that will soon be approaching $5.00 per gallon.

Why does no one remember that Obama said these things, or that they are now happening? Why is it that no one gives him the credit or the blame for the way things are going?

Why are people so unwilling to believe that Obama might actually be working against the interests of the United States?

I believe the reason so many people are unwilling to admit these things might be true of our president is because to admit this would also be to admit that they had made the wrong choice and that they had not vetted him enough before voting for them. I’m sure my next remark will be read as racism, but I can’t help but wonder if many people didn’t vote for Obama simply for the reason that he was black. They wanted to prove to themselves that they weren’t racists and they felt the best way to do that was to vote for a man that was black. Of course the fact that they did that without knowing anything about it really only shows some odd form of reverse racism. Voting for someone who is black, simply because he is black is no better than voting for someone who is white simply because they are white.

It does not take much looking to see that Obama shows all the classic signs of a person who is both sociopathic, and narcissistic. In almost every interaction he has with people he seems to view them as nothing more than to be used for his own gain. If they stop performing that function he casts them aside like an old rag. This is one of the defining traits of a sociopath. He shows know compassion for people only for those things that can only be termed as communist causes.

Obama also displays typical megalomania. He is so hungry for power and for him everything seems to come down to the issue of power over others. This can nowhere be seen as clearly as in the way community organizing works. It is about power and intimidation. Megalomania as the dictionary defines it is: Medicine. a form of mental illness characterized by the unreasonable conviction in the patient of his own greatness, goodness, power, or wealth. Obama is both obsessed with himself and not only thinks he is or has the answer to everything, but thinks everyone else should feel the same way. It has been reported that he has a very thin skin and this can be evidenced by the way he attacks every person of note, wealth or power that dares to criticize him.

He seems to have no moral compass, at least not as most people define it. To him the end justifies the means and that means is always whatever will keep him in power. The constant lies and exaggerations that come out of his own month or those of his minions ought to be evidence enough that the truth means nothing to him.

He is certainly brilliant about bullying others into silence. There are no other areas where this is so evident than in in the area of his birth certificate, where it is completely taboo to even bring it up without everyone labeling you a nut even though no one, I repeat NO ONE has seen the original or verified it, and the other area is his school records which have also been assiduously kept from all scrutiny.

He did similar things regarding areas that clearly indicate he is either a socialist or a communist. All it took was a strong challenge by him, saying, “Are you saying I’m a socialist?” and people backed off and refused to pursue it. Now people are afraid to bring it up any more even though there is more than ample evidence to show that he is either one or the other. He never denied it, he only had to challenge them saying it and they shut up immediately.

Is Congress Irrelevant?

In an article on The Hill website today we see yet another example of the irrelevance of congress as well as the growing power of the executive branch. Obama has discovered a secret that no other president has found, or at the very least have certainly not been brave enough to use. Obama has found that he can just make up new laws with executive orders. This is certainly not a power the constitution every gave to the president.

Oddly our representatives seem afraid to do or say anything about it. With each executive order the president issues that are unconstitutional he becomes braver to do more and at the same time our representatives become more afraid to say anything about it because they have already let so many others go through without saying anything.

As Obama has said before: “When Congress refuses to act then I have an obligation to do what I can without them?”

He has now shown a complete willingness to do exactly this. It is not like this is only a one-time thing. The president has been making it a regular habit of late and still nothing gets said about it.

Obama has shown on all too many occasions is contempt for both the constitution and the American way of life. At the very least he feels things should be socialist, and possibly severely Marxist. I believe he is at the very least a fair ways left of European socialism. Those of his own party who are frustrated with him are only so because they are true communist, are open about it and feel that other true communists should be equally as open. They are bothered with the idea that Obama, for political expediency has to keep his communism under cover at least until he is elected to a second term. He understands that the American people would never re-elect him otherwise. If he is re-elected to another term then I have little doubt that his communism will come out of the closet since it won’t make a difference after that point. After all if he can’t forcibly stay in power he will also not be able to be voted back in due to the term limits on the presidency.

Republicans have already accused President Obama of making illegal power grabs with his previous executive actions, and a cybersecurity order would likely elicit similar howls of disapproval.

It seems the most any in congress can muster when they’re constitutional rights and responsibilities are being stepped on is to say that they disapprove, but no action accompanying that disapproval ever seems to happen. They are more than content to simply wait for the next election. Their attitude seems to be that the constitution and the American culture will survive till the next election and they can try to fix things then, but they never do fix them. They never undo anything previous presidents have done through executive orders and as such they end up having the force of law.

They are ceding power to the president that the presidency was never meant to have according to the constitution. There ought to be far more than disapproval on Capitol Hill. There ought to be far more than outrage! There ought to be impeachment when the president begins to exercise power that is not his to exercise. There needs to be far more push back than just disapproval.

I know the democrats are not complaining because the president is using those orders to do things they want to do but can no longer do because they don’t have a super majority. I suppose they either don’t think about how those same powers will be used, based on precedent when the other side gets in power. Either that or they figure they’ll just intimidate the republican president if he tries to do the same because they always have the power of the press behind them. Maybe they are right about being able to do this, but it still doesn’t change the principle of the matter.

Our nation is in a great deal of danger when our leaders refuse to follow the founding documents and the constitution which they swore to defend and uphold. It makes me wonder if they even know what it means to swear an oath, or if they understand the true value of the constitution? Maybe they do not really value the constitution. Maybe they do not value their own power. Maybe they have become such ideological socialists that they are willing to allow the constitution to be destroyed.

Liar, Liar!

It would seem the Obama campaign doesn’t care the slightest how big the lie is about his opponent. He also doesn’t care how easy it is to debunk. All he cares about is getting it out there and of course reporters report on it before they even do a cursory investigation. Now it’s that poor sad man who blames Romney for his wife’s death.

Obama and team knew full well before reporting it that it was COMPLETELY untrue.

All I can say is what Obama is doing is very much like Hitler. Yes I know he is the “one who is not to be named” But it was Hitler that said if you’re going to lie tell a big lie and tell it often and Obama seems to be taking a lesson from that.

It has reached to point for me that whenever I hear anything from the Obama administration I don’t just assume there might be some falsehood or that it’s partly true, I assume the whole thing is a lie completely made up with no merit whatsoever.

Obama clearly has nothing substantial on Romney at all. If he had anything real on Romney he certainly would have started presenting it by now. I’m sure his people are desperately looking for something with actual facts to back it up. I’m hopeful that others have reached the point I have with Obama’s constant lies.

I must admit in some respects that it is refreshing to know that we have one person running for present who actually might be what he presents himself to be; a good moral man who truly wants to do what’s best for this nation.

The only things I’m not convinced of with Romney is that he’s really as conservative as he’s leading people to believe he is. I’m also not so sure he can be depended on to get rid of Obamacare.

One thing I am sure of is that Obama cannot be trusted to run this nation, but then I was pretty sure of that when during his first campaign no one could find out anything about his past. I couldn’t help but wonder why a man would so assiduously hide every fact about his past. I was also quite surprised that anyone would be willing to vote for a man to be the president of the United States whose entire qualifications were nothing more than community organizing.

Obama knows nothing about business except he hates it. He knows nothing of success that is earned since he has not really earned a bit of what he has. “He didn’t build it!” but then this too is in complete keeping with Obama. He understands the value of accusing others of the things you’re guilty of and doing it before they do because it makes them sound like copy cats.

I find it offensive and lacking any character for Obama to use cancer victims in the way that he is, but then to have them lie or to put the lies in their mouths is even more appalling. They must have dug very deep to find that man as well as to find a man who was willing to lie just to support the candidate he likes. It was certainly easy enough for anyone to check to see that what the man said was a lie or as I’m sure they’ll say an embellishment. Clearly this man did not come forward of his own volition. The Obama campaign went out and found this man and probably offered him a lot to lie the way he has.

Why do people including the news continue to behave as though these lies are accidental or an oversight on the part of the president? The things being said in the news go way beyond exaggeration.

Obama: The Broken Record

It is just me or does it seems that every campaign speech by Obama has begun to sound like a broken record. It seems he can talk about nothing else but “the rich not paying their fair share” and how he cares about the middle class. Why his defenders say this isn’t class warfare is a mystery to me.

This kind of talk is right out of the communist handbook on how to create a revolution.

So what is the solution Obama offers? Tax the rich more! How does that help the middle class in their tax burden?

It never ceases to amaze me how the government just refuses to lower anyone’s taxes. It’s all a shell game. What they want to do is make the middle class feel better about their taxes by taxing others even more. This in no way alleviates the burden of taxes on anyone!

It is odd that the solutions never include lowering anyone’s taxes or cutting spending. The people in Washington are spendaholics, but the problem is that it’s always with OUR money!

Obama has offered no solutions and seems unable to talk about any of the issues so everything turns into personal attacks and more class warfare. He or his surrogate super pacs are either calling Romney a tax cheat, a felon, or most recently a killer. Do they address the issue of the economy? No, they don’t talk about the economy at all except when they try to blame the poor economy on… yes, you guessed it, THE RICH!

Obama is very big on blame and very small on responsibility. He’s not talking quite as much that the poor economy is the fault of Bush only because it doesn’t poll well anymore. It’s hard to blame it on anyone else because he is after all the top executive position in the country!

In many respects the blame he puts on the rich is rather like a CEO blaming his managers for the direction of the company. He doesn’t dare blame the workers or he’ll have an uprising so instead he gets the workers to be mad at middle management (the rich) for the failures of the his company (country).

I understand he wants to get elected and admitting he’s not really up to the job and doesn’t have a clue how to fix things, and who knows maybe even doesn’t care about fixing things and as such is not going to admit anything is his fault.

What most people either don’t understand or don’t want to believe is that the things happening to this country are by design. Obama has caused much of this personally through executive orders, excessive regulation (EPA, FCC, and various other organizations) and the like, that he cannot even blame congress for the woes. He has tried on occasion to blame congress, but I think he’s started getting push back from his own party because people are no longer fooled by this lie either. Every time it comes up it is made clear that the Democrats had a filibuster proof congress for 2 years and they didn’t fix things. All they did was spend more money, increase the regulations on businesses and add healthcare to the mix.

They have spent TRILLIONS of dollars of our money, and they have nothing to show for it. Now they’re talking about yet another Quantitative Easing, You can read this as another bailout/spending/stimulus. Most Americans are getting fed up with the idea of all this spending that isn’t doing anything to help America.

I hope anyone reading this article will be conscious every time they hear Obama speak what the theme of his message is. I only wish I had a way to easily review or play back his last 10-20 campaign speeches. It sure seems that all he talks about is the rich and how they’re not paying their fair share.

As I mentioned above it is interesting that they never really talk about the principle there because otherwise they know that we would realize is that they’re saying the middle class is paying more than their fair share. Beside the fact that this is not true, still the problem of the middle class paying too much is not solved by taxing anyone else more, at least not if they don’t actually lower the taxes on the middle class, but oddly you will NEVER hear a Democrat even mention lowering taxes for ANYONE. It’s even rate that you’ll ever have a Republican actually vote for lowering either taxes or spending! They simply can’t conceive of this notion. I still believe the reason for this is because their economic world view is that the economy is a zero sum game and because they believe the amount of money and products is fixed some can only have if others do without. This is a faulty view of the economy, but nonetheless the progressives both in the Democrat and Republican parties believe this and as such their only solution is taxes. They can never envision growing your way out of the situation, nor can they ever imagine cutting any spending because again both Democrats and Republicans really do see the government as the answer to all of society’s needs.

We all know what a horrible job the government does managing our money yet the progressives of the nation, and the liberals, but those with D and those with R before their name still want us to believe this isn’t really the case.

It has never been the job of the government constitutionally speaking to provide welfare, schools, or even police. Their job has never been roads, their job constitutionally is not social security and retirement for everyone. Their job is not to make sure everyone makes a fair wage (according to their view of fair). Their job is not to provide abortions or contraceptives. They have no constitutional mandate for any of these things, and according to the constitution any power not given to them specifically is in the power of the states.

Every time Obama speaks he prefers to cloud or completely ignore the issue of separation of federal and state powers. He has already shown his contempt for the constitution and just by reframing the argument by the way he and other progressives talk about it, he is able to make people forget that the federal government is not meant to oversee everything. It has VERY LIMITED powers, or at least it’s supposed to according the constitution.

I only wish some people of his own party would start yelling out at his speeches, “Stop the class warfare and tell us what you’re going to do fix the problems beside “tax the rich!””. Somehow I don’t think this is ever going to happen, but it would sure be nice to see some of the mindless robots and progressives actually start using their brains and start showing enough stones to recognize Obama is not FIXING ANYTHING! Either he doesn’t know how or he doesn’t intend to even if he does not how. Either way the end effect is the same. I’m sure this will be taken to be racist comment, but it is meant to be just the opposite. I can’t help but wonder if it were not for the extreme paranoia of being called a racist if people would still vote for Obama if he was not black. I can’t help but think if he was white that he would be even more reviled than Bush.

What he has done to the economy is shameful. What he has done to divide the nation is shameful. The way he refuses to enforce the laws of the land that he doesn’t like is shameful. The way he throws around Executive Orders as though they were royal decrees is shameful. The way he bypasses congress is criminal and it surprises me that congress does not make a bigger issue out of it. The way he sees absolutely everything through the lens of racism or class warfare is equally shameful and shows a very myopic view of how things work.

I hope people will open their eyes and vote both Obama and those congress people out of office who are either not doing their jobs or not defending the constitution the way they swore to.

I think most people feel that the constitution can take care of itself, after all it’s lasted this long. They don’t understand just how easily it can be wiped away if the government officials determine they are just going to ignore it. People should ask themselves what they would do if our leaders just decided they were going to suspend elections!

Think it can’t happen here? Think again it has happened in other democracies and we are certainly not immune what has happened in history. If we do the same things they did we will have the same results they had.

Obama is a one message president. He can no longer promise to do more of what he’s done because he hasn’t done a thing he promised to do when he ran last time except to “TRANSFORM AMERICA”, that’s the only promise he’s kept, but then he didn’t say it would a transformation for the good, just that he’d do it. He has not kept a single promise he’s made and he has no more to promise. Even though last time all of his promises were general and had NO specifics, this time he can’t and hasn’t promised anything specific except to MAKE THE RICH PAY. I don’t see this as enough of a reason to vote for the man as the president of our great nation!

Why Democrats Believe So Strongly In Increased Taxes and Taxes on the Rich

I have wondered for a long time just way Democrats believe in and support almost militantly more taxes and especially taxation on the rich. As near as I can tell it comes down to one of two answers and in the end they may both be the same.

The first reason is that they are basically socialists or communists at their hearts and they have bought into the whole proletariat mindset. I believe very strongly this describes at least some of them and who knows, maybe most of them. In the Marxist, communist, socialist view of the world rich people are evil just because they’re rich. They got where they are more or less by stealing it from other people. They believe they didn’t earn it honestly and so it is only right that they should share it with others. This is the concept of redistribution of wealth.

Where Obama is concerned I think there is little doubt that he believes this view since he said outright to “Joe the Plumber” that he wanted redistribution of wealth. Oddly the media not only didn’t pick up on or run with this, but they actually did what they could to either not report it or to put a more reasonable spin on it by explaining what Obama “really meant”. Still he said it and the context was quite clear.

Since there was no criticism from any of the democrats regarding this comment I feel it would be reasonable to believe that they support this view.

The other reason Democrats are so eager to tax is that their economic view of the world is that it is what is commonly called the “zero sum game”. What this means is that they believe there is a fixed amount of money and assets and as a result for one to have means another goes without. It is for this reason that I said that both may be correct. I believe when all is said and done communist believe this view or at least behave as though they believe it.

If you believe the “pie”, as the economy is often referred to, is a fixed size then you do believe that for some to eat a big piece means others will either get a smaller piece or no piece at all. From a child’s point of view or even a parent’s point of view try to teach their child good ethics this would be consider unfair. This is probably also the reason we hear all the silliness about fairness all the time. The democrat view of the economic world is this view. They do not consider the idea that more pies could be backed, or that there are more resources.

It is certainly easy enough to see that this view is not realistic, or logical. If they really believed this, then the world would have no aluminum. Because after all it never existed before, and at one point when it was first invented it was so expensive to make that it was worth more than gold. People were certain that it would never really go anywhere. Now you can hardly find an alloy that is more common. Where did it all come from? Do we now have a fixed amount of aluminum? Can no more be made? Or what about something simple like food. Are there a fixed number of apples in the world such that once the ones we have run out there will be no more to be had? We all know this is crazy. There will be more crops and the crops we have now for the most part meet all the demands for them.

I hope I don’t have to go through every natural resource we have, but it is clear to see that there are not a fixed amount of assets. We can build as many houses as we want. We only need lumber and metal, both of which are far more plentiful now than they were 200 years. These things have not become rarer, but rather they have become more plentiful. We now have 200% more trees in the United States than we did when colonists first came to this country. The reason is that lumber people plant 2 trees for every 1 they cut down.

Since the pie is either not a fixed size or since more pies can be made it is clear to see that some don’t eat thus causing others to go hungry. Indeed the others could even go find their own materials and make their own pies. It is not because assets are fixed that people are poor or go hungry. There are many other reasons for this, but fixed assets are not one of them.

 From the view of fixed assets it is understandable that Democrats don’t believe they can “grow their way out of debt.” At the same time they also can’t stop themselves when it comes to spending. Sadly this is true of all progressives including the Republican brand. So they believe the only way to make up the debt is to take from the current assets as no others will be available.

I don’t know that there is any way to change a person’s world view short of an epiphany. Generally speaking people feel that their world views are well supported based on experience or the knowledge of others and because of this it is not like to change them. For the reason the democrats, progressives, communists, socialists and Marxists that so permeate our congress will continue to view taxes as something that must be taken from the people in every greater amounts to keep things “fair”.

Because in their view the “pie” is fixed it is not fair that some should have a larger part of the pie than others. Taxes are the weapon of choice to bring about that “fairness”.
