Nero Fiddles and Rome Burns

It is as classic story and most every school child has heard it. Whether it is true or not almost doesn't matter. It is the statement and what it indicates that is important. Even if it were nothing more than a fiary tale it would still be valuable for teaching us certain aspects of those who are detached from those they are supposed to serve.

This story has played itself out many times over the past. Consider Marie Antoinette and her ever famous, "Let them eat cake." She probably thought her people were just whining and were never satisfied. They were screaming for even a crust of bread and she probably thought  it was very ungrateful of them to not just eat the cake they had. This was how detached she was from what was going on in her country and for this she paid with her head.

We are I hope to civilized to do anything like that, but it is clear that Obama will pay with his position as will his party and the republican party if they don't get their heads out of their butts really soon and start showing some responsibility. They want us to believe they are the ever best this country has to offer yet they can't even behave as responsibly as any 20 year old that has a job with limited income and who has bills to pay.

Either they really are that incompetent or they are doing what they are doing on purpose to bring our country to its knees. In this case it is the American people who have their heads up their butts for the refuse to see that it is even possible we might actually have a vast number of representatives who believe in communism and socialism and want that for this nation.

I believe this latter possibility is the more likely. They are more than happy to have us think they are just innocent and incompetent rather than think they are actually communists with malicious ambitions against our nation. Growing up we hear about MacCarthy and how he went after the communists and they made it sound like the witch trials or witch hunts of Salem. The reality is that communism was deeply rooted in high places in our government and MacCarthy recognized that fact and recognized the danger of it. Now we are too fearful to actualy even say these things out loud.

Everyone keeps thinking Obama is incompetent or they make every excuse they can think of for all the destructive things coming out of his administration. No one wants to admit that this is intentional and part of his political world view. The man is Marxist/communist/socialist, depending on how extreme you think he is. He has already given every indication that they is against capitalism. He has ignored judges rulings in far too many cases. As president he has acted often unilaterally without the involvement of congress at all as is evidenced by his most recent move to enter into a war with Libya. Any one of these these things ought to be an impeachable offense yet he continues to get away with them with little more than a few words of frustration by the right and not a word from the left whatever.

No one in the media except Glenn Beck and even with him it is hardly at all, is willing to call Obama what he is. Glenn Beck is more than willing to criticize his policies, but still will not come right out and say that he is trying to destroy this country. He says that of the people who surround Obama, but not about Obama. He never seem s to ask how it can be that a man could be surrounded by so many communists and socialists without his knowledge. It is not like other people have picked these people for him. He picked these people himself.

When Obama acted as though he didn't know the extreme views of his pastor, Rev. Wright everyone was afraid to say it was a lie. Obama is supremely aware that in our politically correct world you never say anything about a person if it will make that person to be despised because it's not nice to hurt other people.

He manipulates even Fox News by getting them distracted with such things as his basketball picks or his issue with bullying all the while they are ignoring, missing or purposely not reporting on how he is making unilateral decisions to attack another country, or having the EPA outlaw the use of something with no congressional oversight.

Obama has largely made the congress unimportant and impotent. A congressman or group of congressmen approach him or tell him that they want an answer about something, he ignores them and they let it go. They recognize just how powerless they are in the halls of government. Oh they can impose their power over us and because they are made to feel weak among their peers they take it out on the rest of us passing as many thousands of pages of new laws as they can dream up, often without even reading them.

Why is there such fear to face things squarely and call things what they are. When you see so many people pushing this communist agenda, even openly there is not much room for dispute. We are have entered a time when communism has become almost fashionable. we need to confront these things and call them what they are.

Eventually we will have to face the reality of these political world views and recognize that they do have consequences. The communists mean this country no better than do the Muslims. There is no such thing as a moderate communist just as a moderate Muslim is the exception rather than the rule. Our nation will fall in its slumber. It is not likely many will even see it coming until it is too late. Our nation is crumbling and yet our president continues to offer off shore deep water drilling permits to other countries in our own waters where he will not do the same for American companies. What is wrong with this picture? This goes beyond reason unless there is another agenda at work. I believe such an alternate agenda is at work and is the only thing that explains what's happening right now in our nation. The problem is that no one will consider this alternate agend seriously.

Ignoring the wolves or calling them sheep does not in any way change the danger a person may be in. It is no different than putting your head in the sand and pretending nothing is really going on at all. this is just plain silly.

Many seem unable to understand why Obama would not allow drilling by the U.S. offshore but will allow it for the Brazilians. Again this comes from Obama wanting to see the ultimate demise of this nation and if the only way to do that is to stop us from producing and ultimately make us dependent on everyone else then this is his best solution.

Some are starting to question this but then Obama does not feel he needs to answer to any other person in the United States and he does not answer to them. He simply ignores them and stonewalls till they finally give up and go away. At the same time those who become disheartened by one thing just wait knowing something else will come up and are hoping with the new thing to get them on that, but then the same process starts again with the same result. With this pattern will anything really ever get done? I cannot see how anything will actually get done till someone actually starts to take some serious action againt Obama. Only then will they really start to be taken seriously and then we will see the sparks start to fly.

If silently ignoring someone is going to work as well as going to war against them then why bother to go to war against them. This is straight out of Sun Tzu.

Obama has been trying to pretend that he is really concerned about a government shutdown but he has done nothing to prevent it. He has not called the congress to any really emergency meetings which he most certainly could. He hasn't don't anything to come toward the republicans and he never has. Whenever he talks about compromise or how the two sides should come together what he invariably means is how republicans should move toward his position. There is never a hint of him moving toward the right in anything. He sounded very grave and very serious about the changes and how he wanted a deal of some kind for the budget yesterday, but then today as it seems none is forthcoming his attitude seems very humdrum as though it's what he expected. I believe it is probahbly what he did expect.

The democrats have not proposed a single thing and have simply stood in the way of anything sent to them. They say the republicans won't compromise, but they have not come back with a single counter offer nor have they come up with any serious budget. When there were a lot of problems over the healthcare the democrats were saying how the republicans had nothing to offer even though they offered many things and again anything offered by them was rejected out of hand because the democrats felt no need at all to compromise since they could pass what they wanted. Now even though they don't have any such power they still see that they have power to veto anything that comes to the senate and as usually the republicans start giving in and offering compromises even though no counter offers are coming back in their direction. Is this the way that neotiations should be done? This is not negotiating, this is extortion.

Between the leftist media and the democrats I have little doubt this will be spun in such a way that it makes it look like the republicans are completely to blame. It is still more about blame than about getting the problem resolved. The fact that republicans are talking about 38 billion (less than 1% of the total debt) is laughable. The only thing that makes it worse is that the democrats are opposing it as too extreme. Though I have to admit that the democrats then backing off from what they asked for seems to imply that even they may think it's too extreme. It is the theatre of the absurd.

They are talking about a spending "cut" of 38 billion which takes us to Sept. At first this sounds like it might be good till you consider this will nto even eat into the interest on the debt much less touch the debt itself. and so the players of the Theatre of the Absurd continues. Is this never going to stop. Will we ever see these people get serious about the debt. Both sides want us to believe their are serious, but even a cursory look at what either side is doing will show they are only different degrees of yet more spending and borrowing.

Shutting down the government isn't going to help at all, except insofar as it might actually signal to the rest of the people that we really don't need most of them all that much after all. I suppose this is the reason they decided to leave the military unfunded. It will send the message to them that we need them. The military however is their responsibility and all it's showing is just how irresponsible they are with the job they've been given.

Through all of this Obama remains incredibly uninvolved. With each step he doesn't take it is yet another indicator that Obama really doesn't know how to lead. He has hardly shown an ounce of leadership through this whole thing. Much like his short stint in the senate he seems only able to vote present. He will not take a side and will not lead the rest of the congress in what they should be doing, at least not directly. He is more than willing to sit on the sidelines and then try to grab credit or place blame, or both once the dust settles. Is this really a presidential way to act? Does this in any way hint that he is the man to lead the freeworld. His utter lack of leadership seriously points to the fact that he is no better than Nero fiddling while Rome is burning. The nation is caving in financially after much help from his socialist policies and all he has to offer is silence.

He must know how unpopular his ideas for economics are. He can't bring himself to support anything that even has the slightest sent of capitalism and is all too aware that the nation is tired of all the socialist agendas he's put forward and that he doesn't dare propose anymore at least till after he gets re-elected. It seems his chief strategy at this point is to simply keep his head down and hope to capitalize on that. This is not leadership it is cowardice and at its root in many respects shows that he realizes that his ideas cannot stand on their own merit, they must be forced on us which he no longer has the power to do. He further realizes that the republicans for the most part stand behind him to some degree, but to a lesser degree than the extreme democrats. He understands that he needs to give them some room to look like they're doing the will of the people so they can help continue the progressive agenda they've been helping with all these years.

I do think he's a little afraid at this point that the Tea Party may drive the republican party back to the point of redeeming America. It may well be that this is the reason he's dragging his feet and doesn't want to see anything done. He is doubtless trying to find some way to turn this against the republicans, but most especially against the Tea Party.

Questions On the Debt Ceiling

The media and the nation is being directed to think about the debt ceiling in many ways that are probably not accurate at all. I believe the wrong questions are being asked and the answers that are being given are not being questioned as they ought to be. Our non-representing representatives keep telling us that if we don’t raise the debt ceiling that we’re going to default on our loans and lose our good credit rating as well as possibly dooming the dollar to lose its place as the world’s standard for currency. No one is asking how these two things are related?

Let’s put this in real world terms we all understand and see if the same applies. Having been in the position once I understand it in a very personal way.  Consider a person who either has no job or has a job that is inadequate to pay for his spending habits, but who has a good line of credit. This person determines that the only way to continue with his current spending habits that he’s used to is to borrow money on a credit card. He does not change his location of work or the amount of income he has but keeps hoping that things will turn around for him. He’s always had a good job and lived within his means until his job situation changed. Now he feels it is either to live on the streets or to borrow the money on his good credit. He opts for the second solution as the idea of the discomfort or embarrassment of living on the streets and eating at soup kitchens is more than he can bear. So the borrowing begins. At first it isn’t bad and he realizes he should be able to pay it back within a few short months if he can just get a better job or a raise or any job at all. As the months go on he becomes progressively further behind in his bills and his debt begins to mount. He now makes the leap that he’s going to have to get a large enough bank transfer from the credit company so he can not only live off the money he borrows but use some of it to make one of his payments. This of course means the next month he needs to borrow that same amount again for living expenses and yet a little more to be able to pay the credit card payment which has also gone up from the last month’s spending. After a while have the money he borrows is just to make the payment and the rest is to live off of. Soon the payment is much larger than this monthly bills and he can see no end in sight. Now he’s up to almost 30,000 in debt which is as much as he makes in an entire year and he’s still not able to pay anything to the debt and he’s reached his limit. The man does not have the will to stop borrowing so instead he calls the credit card company and asks for an increase to his credit limit. The credit card company grants this and so the borrowing continues. Eventually he realizes there is no way he’s going to be able to keep up with the mounting debt or even the payment due each month even if he were to find the best job he could qualify for. At some point either the credit card company is going to stop lending him money or he will have to declare bankruptcy which will also ruin his credit.

It is clear that either the man will have to learn to live within his means and stop getting all the things he’s been used as well as a get a better job or at least cut back in his spending such that his paycheck covers his spending and a little bit more. If he does this he may have some hope of paying off his creditors and still maintaining his good name. If he had done this sooner it certainly would have made things much easier, but it is still possible to deal with the situation if the man becomes prudent and careful in his excess spending. He must deny himself every luxury and live as a miser.  So the reality is that whether we raise the debt ceiling or not the same fate awaits us the only question is how bad it will get before it all caves in. In my opinion the sooner the better so it won’t be as bad for us or all the nations affected by our out of control spending.

Another question not asked is how would raising the debt ceiling help us pay our bills with something other than more borrowed money and how would borrowing more money in anyway help us get out of debt? This is such a no brainer question that it’s clear they would have no answer to it and they certainly don’t want to put our non-representing representatives in some difficult position so they don’t ask this one either.

The reality is there are only 2 ways out of normal debt and for the government there is a third way but it doesn’t work any better than counterfeiting.

  • We can either earn more money. This is what the government calls raising taxes. After all they don’t actually earn or produce anything.
  • We can cut spending. This of course implies those horrible words no one wants to utter, self control, self restraint, and responsibility
  • We can print more money and this is no different than counterfeiting. It makes the money in existence worthless and implies that we don’t care about our money at all. It means whatever we give you today will be worthless tomorrow. It is for this reason that I say the third method is not one that is acceptable if we want to have any hope of actually turning things around.

It seems reasonable to assume then that the only two viable solutions are the first two.

Yet what are we seeing from our non-representing representatives? We see that they are not willing to cut any real spending or show any real self control. We hear our president recommending only that we spend more  to somehow buy our way out of debt and to tax the rich more. He doesn’t seem to understand that if he taxed every citizen everything they made it would still not be enough to pay off the debt. This is yet another thing now one is willing to address when the tax and spenders go at it.

Budget Cuts Still Disingenuous

Though Paul Ryan sounds very sincere in his intentions to cut the debt what is not be talked about is all the spending.

We all need to learn to understand politicianese. When they talk about cutting they are never talking about less than now. They’re talking about less than they wanted. If right now they’re spending a billion dollars but they want to spend a trillion dollars then they consider a budget of 500 billion dollars as a cut.

Right now Paul Ryan and others are talking about a 6 trillion dollar cut over the next 10 years and that sounds really great. It’s certainly better than a sharp stick in the eye, but in the light of what is shaping up to be approximately 45 trillion dollars in spending over the same period of time it is clear they’re not going to fix anything at all with what they are proposing. In fact it does not even seem that they are really cutting the rate of growth.

If we don't do something to stop all the madness going on in Washington our nation is going to be so far in debt that all we'll be able to do is declare bankruptcy. Is this really what we want for our country.

Living within our means is not extreme, it's reality. I go so weary of all the talk of throwing old people "under the bus" or children not getting to eat, or old people not getting their medicine.

Even the republicans seem to feel it is the job of the federal government and by extension the American people to be forced to take care of other people in their old age. Would I want that for myself? Of course. Wouldn't we all want a free ride and be able ti live like we were independently wealthly, which is really what's being proposed, but the reality is that just can't happpen.

None of our politicians have the will to speak the truth. They all want to promise at the world at our expense, even if we can't afford it. The republicans are almost as socialistic as the democrats. They genuinely believe that all these different things are the responsiblity of the government. At least according to the constitution they are not the federal government's reponsiblity.

I'm sure there are many people out there that have come to depend on the government dole, but that doesn't mean it should continue. Just because you make people dependent on something and know that removing it will cause a great deal of stress still doens't mean that you should keep it going. At some point we need to get back to what the founding fathers envisioned for our nation. If we don't learn this lesson soon our nation will be so broke and there will be such a lack of jobs that everyone will be going without. Of course they will still blame the RICH for this even though the blame lies squarely with a government that can't stop spending OUR money even before we've earned it.

Our leaders are already starting to show signs of turning on the people they are supposed to serve. This to my knowledge has never happened before. There have been many cases now of our representing being extremely disrepectful of those they are meeting with at town halls. They take the attitude of, "how dare you question me about this." It is as though they don't think they answer to us. Maybe they don't, but they certainly are supposed to answer to us and if we don't start demanding it soon it will be we that are answering to them. Do we really want this reversal of positions between the people and the government? This is what they call totalitarian government.

We have leaders accusing other leaders of listening to the Tea Party. What this really means is that they're criticizing those representatives for listening to the people. After all most of our representatives seem to feel they should only listening to unions and special interest groups and of course lobbyists. If you're not in some special class of people then you certainly don't understand things well enough to be telling your representatives what you want from them. It is an ongoing attitude that we the people are too stupid to govern ourselves or to tell our representatives what is best for us. It is this kind of thinking that always leads to totalitarian governments and ultimately to a people who have little or no rights. Certainly a people that who have no rights but the ones that the leaders in the government determine they should have and of course that can change at the whim of the leaders or as quickly as they change.

It is this lack of understanding of what rights actually are that is bring out this situation which sooner or later will prove to put the people in a place of desparation. Do we really want that?

We need to keep it clearly in our minds and demand clearly from our leaders the actual numbers of what they're looking at spending as well as what they're "cutting". We need to know what they spend last year and how much they want to spend this year. If they want to spend more this year than last year then it should not be called a cut at all. Enough with the games and the double speak that our representatives have made into such an artform. We need to demand the same of the media. They need to start giving us the real facts not the stuff they want us to hear because they are as much socialists and communists as our leaders.

I believe Fox News has been as big as it has because they have been willing to tell both sides. I still feel they are lacking something because they are still not quite as interested in the the truth as they are in just telling both sides. They do not really seem to care so much about the truth. Just let both sides have their say, but don't actually do any real investigation to find out who is telling the truth. O'Keefe and the woman he's working with to expose such groups as ACORN and Planned Parenthood are probably the closest we've come to really investigative reporting of any group in more than 20 years.

Why are our leaders spending so much of our money on groups like these when they so strongly oppose things that we stand for. Why are we letting them get away with this? This is our money and we should not be willing to let these dishonest organizations spend our money for such things as abortions and certainly non-profit organizations who get their money from the government should not be allowed to funnel that money right back into the campaigns of those who are going to continue to funnel them more money. This is nothing short of money laundering and graft, and it needs to come to an end as soon as possible.

The way this budget is being treated is more like a joke than anything else. We are being told this is a huge cut, but There isn't any mention of what was cut, only what was not cut. It makes you really wonder then what is really going on. Even Fox News has not reported on what's in the bill only the amount. As is typical of the media they do not believe the particulars are important to the little people and that we don't really need to know what they are.

I believe the particulars are at least as important as the general items. After all if all the cutting was on things like military, then it would be more concerning than if it involved cuts to things like Obamacare and other social programs the government has no business being involved with. We really need to get back to what is important. We need to ask ourselves what things the federal government ought to be doing constitutionally. Then if we determine the things it's doing are not in the constitution those things ought to be considered for complete cuts from the budget after all they have no constitutional authority to be doing those things. Just because they've been doing something unconstitutional for a very long time doesn't mean we should allow them to continue those things anymore. Doing the wrong thing for a very long time does not make that thing any more right than it was when it was new and wrong.

Consider the following fact, In the seven days preceding last night's deal, our nation's debt increased by $54.1 billion. And now our 'leaders' are touting as 'historic' the $38.5 billion in spending cuts for the rest of fiscal year 2011, (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/04/10/tea-party-conservatives-conflicted-budget-deal/#ixzz1JBMb6LHe)

This is the kind of insanity I'm addressing. The rea Party is right not to be satisfied with this outcome. They have not even made the smallest dent in the real problem and yet they would have us believe they've done something historic. What is really historic at this point is the rate of the growth of the government and the growth of our national debt. Understand the above number of 54.1 billion is not the amount spent, it is the amount of new debt. That was money we had to borrow just so we (by we I mean the government) can offer some wonderful and "free" to the people because the loafers have such great need.

The Elitists in Washington would have you believe the problem is those ne'er do wells, the rich who aren't doing their fair share. We certainly can't hold loafers, people who've spend 2 years on unemployment or 5-10 years on welfare responsible for not doing their part in society. After all you don't want to kick poor people out on the street, and don't the rest of us have a responsibility to the "needy" whether we want to do it or not?

It would seem if it's for low income, homeless, needy or old people then we have to keep it, but if it's for the military then we should definitely keep it at least as an option. Think about that for just one moment. One of the main jobs of the federal government is the defense of the country, hence the military!

The way the debt ceiling is yet another absurdity. It is no different than a family saying we've already run the credit cards up to the max with wild spending. We now have credit card bills of 50,000 dollars and we're spending 10,000 a year more than we're making, so we need to raise our credit card limit by another 30,000 or we won't be able to keep buying all the the things we can't afford. In any other venue this would be considered absurd and unreasonable. Any debt counselor would advsd them how to cut back on their expenses so not only were they living within their means but were even able to pay down the huge debt they'd already built up.

No it can certainly be understood that the debt of a house it at least somewhat necessary and so that one is justified, but what of all the other debt? If you're having to buy food on your credit card, as I once did eventually it's going to catch up with you unless you turn things around, get a job so you're able to pay your own bills and then some.

On The Hill's website, they had the following to say, ""This deal cuts spending by $78.5 billion from the President’s FY 2011 Budget request." That last word is essential and goes back to what has been said earlier. They are no actually cutting back on the rate of current spending. What is happening is that they're going to cut back on the amount of money being requested for the new budget and for a new year of spending. This does not in anyway effect past spending, nor does it effect the rate of past spending. Those rates are still in place and as such we can expect to see the deficit continue to rise all the while the republicans get to look like the good guys for a little while buy "cutting". What they're doing is cutting back on the new enlargements of government propose going forward. It is the same game that's been played for years even down to the good cop bad cop deal where both people really want the same thing they are merely using different though cooperative methods to achieve those ends.

After listing the cuts specifically they then go on to say, "robust investment to efficiently and effectively run Medicare and to implement the Affordable Care Act." What does ROBUST mean? And you have to love the new euphemism now being used in place of the word spending... INVESTMENT, and of all things this is to implement Obamacare IMMEDIATELY, even though it hasn't been found to be constitutional. The hope is that if they get enough of it in place there is no way the courts will deem it unconstitutional because of yet another constitutional crisis.

This is yet one more instance of the republicans not doing anything to stop it though they make a show of trying to repeal it. They know that is not going anywhere, at least till Obama is out so they are more than free to make a big show of trying to get rid of it, but they know this will never happen. How many times do we have to see this game played out before we understand what is really going on?

Now it turns out after all the blather that the actual cuts are only going to amount to less than 1/2 a billion dollars. This means that it went from the original of 100 billion (still less than 1/10th of the total spending for this year alone) to 60 billion to 38 billion and now it is less than 1/2 a billion. this means that the cuts are actually equal to less than .5% of just this year's spending and they want us to think they're serious. WHAT A JOKE!

What the republicans have shown us is that they are literally no better than the democrats. They passed this bill and have tried to spin it as a huge cut in spending but it turns out that it is a ridiculous joke where spending cuts are concerned. We are looking at 1.5 trillion dollars in spending this year and their real cuts are only 350 million dollars. This is equal to 1/4500th of the total budget. Think of it, if you made were spending 45,000 a year and you came hold and told your wife you were going to cut that back by $4.00. This would be considered the very definition of insane! This is what Boehner wants us to beleive is a victory. This is NONSENSE!

It is for this reason that I've said the republicans are no better than the democrats. We should have known this was a bad deal just because the republicans hardly got slammed by the liberal media at all and now it turns our that though they need support for it to pass from the democrats they have more than enough democrats on-board over it.

The next major issue to be taken up by congress is going to be the debt ceiling. On this the republicans will have no problem finding support from the democratic tax and spenders and so the small group of Tea Party freshmen will again be shoved aside for the sake of the congressional elite.

Though the democrats saw their opportunity to finally create an unrecoverable crisis in our country and bring it down the republicans are going to make sure they finish the job all with the support of the people. I would like to say that our leaders don't have a clue about what it is they are destroying but they certainly do. The communists, socialist, and Marxists have long known that the United States has been the one lone nation that has prevented them from their goals to more or less take over the world.

We are at this point committed far beyond our capacity to pay back the debts we are incurring and Obama not only doesn't care but continues to drive as much spending as he can control. I believe very firmly it was for this reason that he decided to get us involved in Libya. He knew in getting us involved just how expensive a war can be.

We have completely lost track of what wars are about. We want to believe they are about helping others. Though in rare circumstances this has been the case in most cases wars are either about expanding your own borders or fending of an attack against yourself from some nation that is trying to expand its own boarders. In either case they should not be about trying to nation build, nor should they be about trying to make others countries more like us. Wars are great tragedies and there is no doubt of this and for this reason when you have to fight one you should fight it to win defeat your enemy utterly and then get out. We are far too concerned about hurting people when we are invovled in war. I thought this was the whole purpose of war.

The Kingdom of the Absurd

If it weren't so serious it would be laughable to listen to Harry Reid say with all the gravity he can muster that it is somehow the fault of the republicans that there is no budget. It was the job of the 2010 congress run by the democrats, Harry Reid being the leaders of the senate at that time as well to pass a budget. If he felt it was so important to have funding for these poor federal employees then why didn't he take care of it last year?!

He, like most democrats wants to pull the heartstrings of Americans whining again how poor and sick will go without care. Again I say then why didn't he vote for it before in 2010?!

He makes it sound like the republicans are asking for so much... Wow they want to cut 1/5th of 1 percent of the debt. This would be like some husband whining when his wife say we owe 2000 for the mortgage and and we need to do some serious cuts if we're going to pay for what's important. She then suggests not buying a stick of gum once a month. The husband screams about how this is going to mean the children are going to go hungry.

Both of them are taking their position seriously and the whole thing is absolutely laughable. The republicans say they need BIG spending cuts, but Paul Ryan is the only one actually putting forward those Big cuts. All the others, republicans and democrats are an embarrassment when it comes to what they're fighting over.

The only leaders that seem to be taking us seriously are the new ones we sent to Washington this last election. The rest are still making the same ridiculous and tired arguments and exaggerations they've always been making. These people are still not getting it.

Now the democrats are fighting over the funding of Planned Parenthood who has already been outed as being no better than ACORN. They're both more than willing to cover for child prostitution just so they can keep doing what they're doing and do as much of it as possible. The investigative report on them shows they don't offer the service poor Harry Reid was complaining about that his granddaughter might not be able to get the necessary screening she needs. First of all would Reid actually send his granddaughter to Planned Parenthood instead of his private doctor? Give me a BREAK!!!

These people just don't get it! And to try to blame the Tea Party is equally Absurd. This is to blame the American people for wanting to stop having our money ripped from our pockets because our representatives think we only have a right to what they're willing to let us keep! They DO NOT have a RIGHT to OUR money!
